Have fun role-playing at the gathering!
Four hills that lead into a deep ravine, with a smaller hill in the center. Leaders sit atop rocks, while the warriors gather around them. When the moon is high, the area around the place where cats sit is filled with water, and drains by the time it is time for the cats to depart.

Stitchstar led his clain into the clearing, to see that his clan was the first one there. He let them fan out in the gathering area, but he did not jump on top of the Great Log to resume his position; instead he sat around the clearing.

Thunderpaw pranced into the clearing, clearly excited. Gatherings were always interesting!

Autumnpaw picked his way into the clearing along with the rest of the LakeClan patrol. He spotted Silverpaw and bounded over to her, greeting her with a very friendly greeting.
"How are you Silverpaw?" he asked.
"Fine of course," Silverpaw mewed, returning her friends greeting. "And you?"
"I had a few scares with Waterpaw, but I'll be fine."
Silverpaw heaved a heavy sigh, "I don't think Nightpaw trusts me anymore. I think I scared him."
"Give him time, that's all he needs." Autumnpaw advised. He noticed Thunderpaw, and beckoned for her to join them.
((Waterpaw, Airpaw, Firepaw, Earthpaw, Nightpaw, and Daypaw aren't at the Gathering.))

Thunderpaw looked over at the other apprentices. It was Silverpaw and Autumnpaw, who she didn't know very well. Autumnpaw was nodding her over. She scrambled up and quickly padded to the others. "Hi!" She mewed cheerfully.

Wolfheart an Redbadger raced into the gathering. Redbadger hissed when Wolfheart beat him to the middle of the gathering place. "You won again?" Redbadger meowed. "I always win." Wolfheart purred. She turned to face the other cats and saw Stitchstar. Sje stared at him for a moment then looked away. Redbadger was grinning. "No hiding it." He purred. "No telling anyone!" Wolfheart hissed. "No problem." Redbadger laughed.

"Greetings Thunderpaw, I've heard a lot of good about you from Silverpaw." Autumnpaw meowed.
Pebblestar bounded into the clearing, leading the TwilightClan patrol. She came in, finding that WillowClan and LakeClan had already arrived.
Pebblestar weaved her way through the crowd, attempting to get to the log when she ran into Stitcstar.
Stitchstar looked at Pebblestar, who seemed a little confused when she bumped into him, and it felt a little awkward.
"Long time no see, Pebblestar," he meowed a little uneasily.
"Yes, it has been some time now, hasn't it?" she meowed, looking away. Pebblestar brushed past him, and leaped onto the log.
Stitchstar flicked his ears. He knew she didn't feel that way anymore, and he was glad, but he would never feel the friendship they once shared ever again.

Thunderclaw walked into the gathering valley and took a seat near the great log, beneath where Lilystar usually sat. He recognized a small tabby figure approaching and said " Hello, Lightfeather."
Lightfeather walked into the gathering. He heard Thunderclaw call him, and replied "Hello, Thunderclaw. This is my sister, Longear."
Longear, walking beside Lightfeather, dipped her head at Thunderclaw and said "Hello, how is Lightningclan doing?"
"Hello, Longear; fine, thank you."

Raincloud came into the clearing with the rest of the LakeClan patrol and found a quiet place to sit and think. She didn't really recognize anyone in the clearing yet.
Spiritwind trotted into the clearing with the TwilightClan patrol. She felt excited, not knowing exactly where to go or what to do. There were just so many cats! She bounded over to a gray she cat with blue-gray flecks. "Hi, I'm Spiritwind from TwilightClan!" She announced as way of greeting.
Raincloud looked at the other she-cat, a bit wary. "I'm Raincloud of LakeClan." She said, returning the greeting.
Spiritwind nodded and sat down.

Blizzardpaw came in with the Fogclan patrol, seeing that the FieldClan patrol arrived at the same time. He couldn't help the rusty purr that sounded in his throat as he greeted Snowpaw warmly.
"Hey Blizzardpaw!" She meowed cheerily. "Let's go join everyone else."
They padded over to Autumnpaw and Silverpaw, who sat with another WillowClan apprentice. Orangepaw and Twigpaw came up to join their group as well. Twigpaw circled around the cat to sit close to her, and she fought back a smile as Blizzardpaw looked the other way.
Stitchstar jumped on top of the log, waiting for the rest of the leaders to get settled before they started the gathering.

Sandpelt of FogClan headed over toward the other warriors. She shook her tan pelt and flicked her ears. She looked at them through her amber orbs. "Any news that should said before the gathering?" She asked, smiling. She bowed her head in greeting. She saw Refbadger and Wolfheart looking at her, puzzled. "I am Sandpelt. I'm sorry we haven't meet yet."
"Ah." The red cat replied. "I'm Redbadger." He showed her the darker stripes of red going down his back. The grey she-cat shoved him. "I'm his sister, and also the one who keeps in line, Wolfheart." She meowed.
Sandpelt chuckled. Then her eyes grew dark with sorrow. She shook her head a little and smiled. "Nice to meet you."

((Okay, I probably won't be on for very long, so I give Naomi permission to roleplay my cats.)) Blizzardstar padded in with her Clan, quickly leaping onto the Great Log. She nodded in greeting to Stitchstar. "Hello, Stitchstar, how are you?" She mewed.
Morningfeather padded in with the rest of LightningClan, upset to know that her apprentice couldn't come with her.
Darkpaw padded in behind Pebblestar. He didn't really know anyone from the other Clans, so he just stood there, his red eyes gleaming in the moonlight.
Windstripe padded in, nodding her greetings to Morningfeather. "Hello, how are things in LightningClan?"
Morningfeather nodded in reply. "They're good, I just got a new apprentice, but she couldn't come today." She mewed.
Windstripe smiled. "Congratulations!" She mewed. "WillowClan's fine, there's no new news. Nightkit became Nightpaw."

Shiningmoon padded into the clearing. It was a shame his apprentice couldn't come along, but he got over it. He spotted his friend Darkspider and padded over to the tom. "Hello Darkspider how are you?" he greeted.
"I'm well and you Shiningmoon?" Darkspider said back.
"Well I just got an apprentice today and killed a rattlesnake," Shiningmoon said.
"Wow thats cool," Darkspider said his eyes popping in amazement.
Lilystar padded itnot he clearing and jumped onto the log and sat next to Blizzardstar. SHe nodded in greeting to the other leaders and waited for the other ones.

Stormflight held her head up high as she padded into the gathering place. She scanned the clearing, looking for someone to talk to, when she spotted Thunderclaw. Another deputy, she exclaimed in her head. She shook her lang dark gray pelt and padded to Thunderclaw, who was sitting near the log with two other cats where the leaders perched to tell of news. "Greetings, Thunderclaw, Lightfeather, Longear," She meowed, bowing to the three cats. "How's the prey running in LightningClan?" She turned to Thunderclaw.
Redtail stood up and gazed at the crowd of cats. She wished Jaypaw was able to be here. She began to pad toward Stormflight when she bumped into a brown tabby. The cat let out an 'oof' of surprise. Redtail immediately sat up to see who she had landed on. It was a LightningClan apprentice, who seemed too small. "Dear StarClan, I am so sorry!" She apologized.
Russetpaw scrambled up from under the warrior. She felt her pelt burn with embaressment. "It's not your fault," she meowed. The cat looked puzzledly at her. "I haven't seen you around!" She meowed. "I am a new apprentice." She meowed. "I was a rogue, but I came into LightningClan on my will, and Lilystsr let me join," She trailed off, trying to think of something to talk about. Then she turned. "What's your name? Mine's Russetpaw," The warrior nodded. "I'm Redtail. I'm in TwilightClan," she mewed. The two cats sat for a few minutes in silence. Then Russetpaw broke the silence. "How's TwilightClan, Redtail?" She asked. A mixture of sorrow, pain, and fury crossed the tortoiseshell's face, and Russetpaw wondered if she should've asked. "My sister was killed a few sunrises ago," She announced, her voice cracking. Russetpaw's blood ran cold. Dead....? Wait! Russetpaw panicked, remembering how she had killed a TwilightClan apprentice a few sunrises ago. Russetpaw ran her tongue across her teeth and sat up straight. "What was her name?" She dared to ask. "Jaypaw."
