My best friend and I went to see this movie last night, and wow. It was absolutely stunning. They stuck to the book all the way. It was amazing how they turned a 10 sentence picture book into such a breathtaking movie.

Have you seen it yet? Opinion?

Oh yeah, It was pretty incredible! Max was great, but I liked Douglas. The movie was very symbolic. And also, notice how everything that happens to Max Where the Wild things are, is like what happens to him at home, only from the "parenting" perspective. Interesting......

That was the theme for my husband's birthday this year. smile I bought him the movie and book. He seemed to really enjoy it.
