Song Techniques
Unique Instrument- (definition) An instrument with it's own name, one that is custom made and has a background behind it. You must be at least Journeymen rank to start off with a unique instrument.
Audibility - (definition) The range from which an instrument can be heard. Kensaki Bards use magic to increase the amount of noise quiet instruments make, so for all intents and purposes no instrument can be heard from farther away than another.

None. A basic technique.
Description
The Bard plays a tune with magical energies to uplift his comrades' spirits. This technique works in subtle ways; it allows all of the Bard's allies in range to surpass their normal limits to a limited extent; fighting with wounds that would normally leave them unable to continue battle, pushing their speed and power that extra step, etc. This effect only remains so long as the Bard stands still and continues playing.

Description
The Bard will play a very high, off-tune note, and use magical energy to amplify and focus it, causing an intensely shrill noise to affect all those in front of him for thirty feet. The sound, while it does no permanent damage, is very painful, and all but the most disciplined of warriors will cover their ears as quickly as possible; causing this technique to be well-suited for use as a distraction.

Requirements

Description
A simple, whistled tune causes everyone within audible range of the Bard to sway their attitudes in his favor. This is not powerful enough to create a drastic shift (the Bard's mortal enemy isn't suddenly going to become his best friend) but it will create a noticeable change.

Description
The Bard will play the appropriate notes for any Song Technique they know except for the last note. Then, they will "store" the song in their instrument. Upon playing the last note, the magic of the song is unleashed. Due to its nature, this technique will not work with all Song Techniques (such as Shrill Note, which is only one note long).
