Hi Guild, After three months of nothing from gaia,
I've made a new topic about it in the Site Feedback forum..
As a fellow member who got the Trading Pass disabled,
please come in and support the topic! Let your voice be heard
out here, give your thoughts and ideas, so that trading pass bans
can be improved!! heart

- I contacted customer service & filled out one of those forms.. Status is still "open" so far.

Thank you for your note. We're sorry for the frustration over your disabled trading pass. It was disabled as part of an investigation, which needs to be completed before the pass can be turned back on.
We know that these investigations can sometimes take a long time due to the amount of work that goes into each one. Unfortunately, we can not provide any time frame in which this will be completed. However, please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as it has been completed.

- I pm'ed sashanaru.. didn't really help & pretty much told me to just be patient & wait.
- I noticed just now that she is retired!!

- I pm'ed little lizard.. very sweet, and was more informative. She very nicely told me how frustrating it is to go thru this, & asked me to please be patient until this whole thing was over. I'm trying not to pm her too much >.< ..but she did write "..it appears you received gold or items originally gained through illegal means. That does not necessarily mean that you participated in those illegal activities though. I'm sorry I can't really say more on this.. please be patient.." etc. etc.

It's only been a couple days, so we'll see how
long it takes before I get my pass.
I plan on updating this whenever my
situation changes.. so if this post doesn't

It's only been days, and it's driving me nuts.
I can't wait for the day when I'll be able to change this
topic to "I got my pass back!!" ._. *~
