This sub-forum is filled with a series of "Arc-types" or in other words "generic hero types" such as the brute, your common big strong hero, the speedster, your common fast moving hero, etc.

-These are pre-made bases, like a class in most games, that give newer players something to start with if they don't wish to build a character completely from scratch.
-These "Arc-Types" are all PL1 characters that are "ready to go". All you have to do is give them a name, background (basic rp information, etc) and then change the descriptions and names of there powers as you please to fit your character (for example if you pick the brute you might make his super strength description saying it comes from tons of training, a mutant gene, perhaps a common trait amongst your alien heritage, or whatever else fits the character your making).
-You can use these and simply "modify" their stats/abilities/powers as you wish, instead just using the arc-type as a base to work off of.
-Below each Arc-types section there will be coding for it. Note the standard coding for "name/height/etc" is missing, this can be filled in by the player when they put up the profile as it has to be done completely custom by the character (after all, three people that pick say, speedster, may all have widely different backgrounds, power sources, etc)
(Do note that "approved" arc-types are all stickies. Players may "submit" an arc-type for other players to use, however such arc-types are considered non-approved until a moderator looks them over and promotes the thread to a sticky and locks it.
That said, any player wishing to make an arc-type please remember to be very "generic" with the arc-type, no specifics on how the powers work (through a few examples in perhaps but that's it).)
