Ahh.... I feel sick... Maybe I caught the flu. Hopefully, it's not H1N1. Haha. Anyway, here's to week 6.

Welcome to the Annual NFL Guild Pick of the Week 2009. We will be selecting the winners from 5 NFL games. After you have selected the winning team your choice is final. You must post the teams you are selecting here. Do not PM me your choices. If you don't post here who you are selecting I won't know. Once you have posted you choices here I will add your name to the list of people participating in the event. Remember that this guild event is free. We will keep a record of your wins and the person with the most wins or perhaps win percentage not only gets the bragging rights, and 5000 gold.

Tough Week.

The New Orleans Saints (4-0) Saints destroy the Giants D through the air.

The Baltimore Ravens (3-2) Ravens get a bounce-back win.

The Seattle Seahawks (2-3) Matt Hasselbeck is expected to atleast throw 3 touchdowns and have another amazing week.

The Chicago Bears (3-1) They look better than the Falcons.

The Denver Broncos (5-0) They're on fire.

Another week, and more predictions.

N.Y. Giants at New Orleans- Even though the Saints are coming off a bye week, the Giants dismantling of the Raiders last Sunday could have very well been an extra Bye week for the G-Men as well. The Saints need another great offensive day from Brees and company, and have their D play to the level they have been playing at in their previous two games if they want to remain undefeated.
WINNER- NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

Baltimore at Minnesota- When the Ravens are good, they are really good, but when the sh!t hits the fan, boy does it hit the fan. A disapointing loss to the Patriots, and a defensively mental break down against the Bengals, this team could very easily be 5-0 right now. The Defense should be in full form against Favre and Peterson, but how well will Flacco and the offense stand up against the Vikings D? They need to be better than they were against teh Bengals or else they will drop to 3-3
WINNER- MINNESOTA VIKINGS

Arizona at Seattle- Despite their win last week, it came down to an excellent defensive hold at the end of the game for the Cardinals to win. The offense really needs to kick it up a notch if the cardinals want to be competitive in what has now become a 3 team foot race for the NFC West. Seattle is going into this game with the momentum after their Jaguar genocide. But I think Hasslebecks health is still questionable as to if he can lead the Seahawks to victory. This team seems to live and die based on Matt's well being.
WINNER- ARIZONA CARDINALS

Chicago at Atlanta- Both of these teams have emerged as NFC elites despite trailing in their respective divisions. I don't think Jay Cutler will struggle as much as Shaun Hill did against the Falcons D, and Atlanta will have a harder time on offense even against an Urlacher less Bears D. But I think that, and playing in an artifical turf field will be the difference maker here.
WINNER- ATLANTA FALCONS

Denver at San Diego- I know the Chargers are coming off a bye, and they are playing at home, but I really don't see why Vegas has them as the favorites in this one. The Chargers are struggling while Denver is a Mile High at this point. I guess the old saying, "Innocent till proven guilty" applies here, but in the Chargers case, "Favorites to win the division till beaten." Look for Denver to win and get on the fast track to wrapping up their division faster than any other team in the NFL this season.
WINNER- DENVER BRONCOS

recap- Saints, Vikings, Cardinals, Falcons, Broncos

The New York Giants (5-0) at The New Orleans Saints (4-0)

The Baltimore Ravens (3-2) at The Minnesota Vikings (5-0)-in a upset.

The Arizona Cardinals (2-2) at The Seattle Seahawks (2-3)-Tie I dislike both of these teams, and I don't want either of these teams to catch up to the 49ers.

The Chicago Bears (3-1) at The Atlanta Falcons (3-1)

The Denver Broncos (5-0) at The San Diego Chargers (2-2)
