Basically, a TV show in Taiwan has been accused of copying its animated segments from the opening of Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (as well as K-ON). There was a clip in the above link, but it was since removed, however, I managed to catch it just beforehand.
But in my opinion, it does look very, very similar.
And if anyone else has a link to another video of this clip, please let us know!
