Elil sat in the waiting room of the Laboratory. She had two papers in hand; one the letter her family got telling them of this 'glorious invention' and the other a note from her family, telling her to be brave and what not. The woman sighed leaning back in the chair, her logs crossed. She re-read each paper over and over again, trying to decide if this was really a good idea. She watched the shadow's from behind the door, awaiting to see what happened to the girl who went in before her. What happened to the girl... It would help her decide what she would do. A strange thing about this though, was that it had animal experimentations, yet her family approved of it! If you think about it, this is only animal experiments they are preforming here.
The smell of estranged fear was strong from behind the door.

Elil watched the girl and the scientist. She said nothing and did not move. Well, unless you count her eyebrow raising as the watched the girl turn into a Dodo. " Who'd want ta be uh Dodo? " Elil asked, looking at the man who was writing something down.
He smirked, " That's Kai Tali. She'd want to be a Dodo." He graved Elil's shot of the counter, this one was some mix of brown and red. Red the was likely some type of blood. " Just liked you wished to be a Falkland Island Fox," he said while walking over to Elil to give her the shot.
Elil frowned and held out her arm," you forget tha eh twas nolt I whom made the request." The man, his smirk grew bigger as he injected the fluids into her arm, his eyes asking, does it really matter? with some kind of sick twisted amusement. He walked away with the empty shot bottle.
Elil's eyes grew wide and she fell to the ground, her skin getting browner in some places, other places getting lighter. Her limbs turned into thoughs of a wild dog or fox. She grew a tail and pointed ears. Her body grew fur and she stood on all four about a good two feet in height. She really had transformed into an animal and looked at the Dodo bird with a desire to hunt.
" Don't kill each other," the scientist warned but Elil felt like he actually did not care.

"Wehl, tha'z good. I'd hate ta stay like ist forevah," Elil said to Kai, in an attempted to be nice and get to know her. It might not you, she had a accent and some people did find her had to understand. She picked up the long skirt she wore in her mouth, not wishing to get it dirty. She did not carry a backpack, or a purse, or anything else that could be used to carry things in. Elil was amazed at how quickly she was able top control her body. It was as if she had been like this all her life.

Elil ate the pill after reading the book thoroughly. She turned back human. Much more gracefully than when she turned into a beast. She turned to the girl, her hand on her hip and an eyebrow raised, " You er in /mahi/ spot." Then, Elil rolled her eyes and stop next to her. " 'Ello, Kai. Nis ta meet you. I'm Elil, buh-ut, you can call my Eli, least god forbit you call mahe Elel," then she added, " truely, thow, why eh Doudou? Tehai er silly cretures." She was a serious look on her face.

(( OOC: Translation for what Elil said: You are in my spot. Hello, Kai. Nice to meet you. I'm Elil, but you can call me Eli, for got forbid you call me Elel. Truly, though, why a Dodo? They are silly creatures. ))

" Really? Mahi famoly forst mehe ta 'o ist. I' 'parntlai wihl sovel some debahit," Elil said. She watched the distance between the two of them shrink with suspicion. Where she lived the people tried not to get to close to avoid being rude. Although Kai probable meant to be sitting next to Elil as a nice thing to do, Elil had no trust for these actions. They were either dangerous or flirtatious where Elil had lived.

Elil smiled at the pegasus. " Elllo. You er eh Pegasis? I 'idnent knowh ya coold 'o zo," Elil said to the new comer. Well, new in the room at least. She turned into her animal form. " Gife ya twenty guessez ta guess aht I am." She wagged her tail. The animal that she was had become soon after discovery due to the fact that it was discovered. The period in witch people could learn about it was short, thus little is known so she would indeed be surprised if Alex knew.

"You are right Alex." I replied. Soon after I turned back into the dodo bird. "Im'a Dodo!" I smile and looked at alex again. "You a Pegasus... you lucky you can fly~" I try to fly but I just fall down when I tried. I stand back up and chuckle, than I picked up the back pack on the floor and put it on my back, wearing it like a backpack almost. "Im thinking of changing what I am to a Thylacine..." and I changed back to human.
