This is a Roster of What every one is doing and their job assignments. There is also some info every one needs to know. One squad is made up of 2 Fire Teams plus one squad leader. Each Fire Team is made up of four people. So therefore one squad should be... you got it 9 people! A Flight Crew will be two people, but a Flight Team will be one Fire Team plus Flight Crew so therefore it will be 6 people!

This is a list of what each job assignment does.

Pilot-Pilots are usually low ranking officers or high enlisted such as petty officers and most of the time are apart of the UNSC Navy. And they are in charge of his or her bird (air craft) Pilot not only flies but does paper work and mechanics on the bird in order to make sure it is in top working condition. Better use at Vehicles and repairing.
Co-Pilot- Co-Pilots are lower ranking enlisted and are usually apart of the UNSC Navy although there are exceptions.

Fire Team- A modern fire team consists of 4 Troopers, the Team Leader, a Rifle man, a Auto-Rifle man, and a Grenadier. But in the Halo world a fire Team will consist of a Team leader, 2 rifle man, and one sniper or rocket/ a alternate(pilot, rifleman, medic)
Squad Leader- Squad Leader are either med to high ranking enlisted or officers who take charge in their squad.
