The Game of the Year Edition, which includes all DLC content, will be coming out Tuesday the 13th (tomorrow) in the USA.
Now I'm going to guess that most people who were going to get the Fallout 3 probably already have it ... but is anyone else planning to pick up the Game of the Year edition?
I'm snagging a copy for the PC, though I won't be able to play it until I get a new video card for my compy... whee

I haven't heard of any release of this in Canada, so it's probably not coming here for another while xp If it does come here, I don't think I'd be able to get it anyway. My computer isn't that great to run PC video games on it so it'd explode. ._.
...I clicked goldfish on your poll because I love them ninja

D1Krone I Have Fallout 3 But Not Xbox Live. So Yeah I'll Get It Only For The DLC razz You don't need Xbox Live for the DLC; the DLC has been released in disc-form, I've seen it at like, Gamestop. You put in the DLC Disc, save it to your Xbox, take out the DLC Disc, put in Fallout 3, wham-presto!

Yeah. I mean... getting Broken Steel is pretty much required if you're going to be playing the game and want to KEEP playing after you "finish" ...
Otherwise try to get DLC based on the content you want; I mean, I hated playing Operation Anchorage, and you can't go back to the Anchorage simulation once you leave--not that there's really a reason to unless you missed something... but I love the Gauss Rifle and Chinese Stealth Suit.
I have a rough guide to the DLC in the Fallout 3 subforum if you haven't seen it yet, I tried to include any new perks, items, etc. and a brief blurb for each DLC.
They all have something that makes it worth it; I really enjoyed the actual playthrough for Mothership Zeta, I liked exploring Point Lookout and the story was amusing.
The Pitt was probably my least favorite, but it does have the Ammo Press--and as an ammo hoarder, it was nice to trade in a BAJILLION of the ammos I never use and scrap metals to get some more bullets that I do use. The Pitt is, by now, I think the only part of the game that has activities that I haven't "finished" yet ...

I wish they would make a jack-o-lantern helmet.. I just made it to level 30 and finished all the expansions that came out for ps3. I was very pleaaased with them. I hated pointlookout.. :c
