A small, unassuming building set near the Hokage's mansion, it looks like a common house to any casual observers. In fact, the entire building is merely a front. The desk behind which sits a volunteer shinobi from the village can be made to sink into the floor at the press of a button, revealing a large underground room with full sleeping quarters for up to twelve individuals, a fully-stocked kitchen, training dojo, scroll racks along one long wall, and a passageway that connects directly to the Hokage's office. At any given time there is always one Leaf shinobi here doing paperwork, most often a Genin or an unlucky Academy Student. Volunteers are issued a temporary Akatsuki ring that has a pair of dates and their name engraved in place of the normal Kanji. If anyone attempts to enter the compound without an Akatsuki ring, or with a temporary ring that either does not bear their name or bears expired dates, they will be instantly knocked unconscious. this applies only to the desk/stairs. The receptionist is not given a ring.

Walking up to the small building, Luo sighed as he opened the door. As he looked around and saw nothing but a receptionist, he stifled a chuckle. "Oh, these guys are definitely good at putting up a front," he thought to himself as he walked up to her with a smile. "Hello, I am here on the behalf of Kirigakure. When either the leader of the akatsuki, or Zattenai stop by, please give them this." Reaching into his robes, Luo produced a small note and handed it to the lady before nodding and turning to take his leave.
