Melody peeked around the door to Anubis' room while he was changing. She blushed brightly at the sight of his mahogany figure. Every slight movement flexed caused his muscles to flex.
She ducked back into her room when he glanced back at her.

A-ya was with Baily in the nursery. After a year passed the tattoos on her face had faded but only after she had two new additions to the family. She tucked the two infants in and kissed their foreheads.

Adrian had the covers pulled over his head, grumbling wordlessly.
Pietro stifled a laugh and leaned against the doorway, "One of those regretful days?"
"I'm way too young to have kids.... Don't get me wrong, I love those two with all my heart. I'd take a bullet for them but I'm only 18...." Adrian muttered

"I would be dead." Baily sighed before shuffling out of the room.

"Haven't been back to this city in almost two years," Lupe murmured as she hopped off of the train. She'd had to skip town when the others disappeared without a trace; Zyc had ordered her to. She rubbed the ears of the black lab mix at her side.
"Let's go, Ellie," she murmured.

Zyc growled. "I already told you, Soren. I have to go. I have not been able to trace Melody for almost two years. I will not wait any longer."

"Zyc," she laughed as she jogged over to hug him.

Lupe grinned. "Chicago," she said innocently. Zyc nodded.
"You have excellent taste."
Lupe giggled. "Yeah. Thanks for the caution, by the way. I heard my apartment burned down the night after I left. With gasoline." Zyc made a face.
