Mission Title: Hong Kong Embargo

Location: Acre
Objective: Destroy cargo and assassinate target. A ship in the great harbor of Acre has a cargo of illegally obtained opium, being shepharded through on the black market from China. The head of an underground opium den has been selling to adicts and debtors, preying upon these people until they've given up every coin they'll earn and more.
Assassination Target: The corrupt individual heading the operation has been marked for assassination, a richly-dressed Englishman with a red beard named Mr. York.
Additional Description: Be sure the entire cargo is eliminated, whether burned, sunk to the bottom of the harbor, etc.
Restrictions/Limitations: Two part mission, firstly the cargo must be destroyed at night for the guards surrounding the ship by day and secondly the only access to the the leader will be by day down at the docks.
Hints: The ship is from China but is of english make, thus the crew will likely be mostly Chinese but be commanded by an Englishman.
