The man with the eyepatch and the stuffed bunny sat down at a table with the president of G-TV, who just happened to also be a bunny, even if he was of unusual coloration. He set up his laptop and projection system in preparation for his first pitch of his career, hopefully it would not be his last.

"Okay." He said as he flipped to the first slide of his presentation. "The show's title will be Cry of the Martyrs, I think it would be best described as a look at life after a nuclear apocalypse with some sci-fi elements." He said feeling somewhat full of himself as he spoke. He flipped to the next slide, giving a little bit of background on the show.

"The show will be set in Eastern Europe and it will follow the adventures of a small group of survivors. The leader of the group is a man named Markus Caine, he was a German soldier during the final war and as far as he knows he was the only survivor of his unit. Another character in this group is Oleksy "Requiem" Golovnya, he is also a soldier but he was in the Russian army when they attacked Germany during the war. A nice plot hook occurs here with Caine and Requiem as they fought on different sides of the war and don't always get along as a result."

Nomus paused to make sure everybody was still paying attention and not falling asleep yet.

"The only other character that I've worked out so far is Emily Gall, she was a civilian in Germany during the war. I've decided to leave the rest up to the writers, that and any other characters they might want to add."

Nomus sat back down at his chair and tried his best to give a recap on the show. "Basically the show will be about this group and their struggle to survive in a world that has been devastated by war as Markus Caine attempts to lead them to an ever elusive promised land."
