The idea of these prompts is to encourage you all to write. Also hopefully they'll keep you busy between posts.
Welcome to the picture prompts!
This is much like any other prompt thread. But instead of words, every Friday (unless I forget - feel free to poke me if I do) I shall post a new picture to this thread. Your challenge is to write something inspired by that picture. It can be anything, prose or poetry.
You do not have to do a piece for the weekly picture. If you see any in the thread from any time that gives you the spark to write then you may. Ideally it would be great to see people producing one written piece for each picture every week however we all have commitments and sometimes we're just not inspired.
