ok, i know taht cycles are screwy becuase of stres and depressiona dn a few otehr things, and i know teh symptoms taht go into your cycles are effected too.. my cycles are so randm and i get ever flipping symptom tehre is and then some ><;; not only do i get Prems and a period taht makes me feel liek im going to die i get Postms -.-;; well im on taht period and i feel liek im going to die X_X;;; theres something called "anti-spaz" taht helped my mom and anotehr lady i know, but they dont help me at all, and im guessing its becuase of my "problems" the oens taht cause the irregular cycle.. is tehre anything taht can help me?? im byonde desperate,
i heard bitrthcontrole pills can help, and it freaks out my mom, and im not 16 yet( i live in georgia where you can have sex at 16 legally) so i cant buy them, but my big brotehrs ex Ellen is a good friend of mine, and she knows about me and umi (but she doenst know hes a saftey boy, good thing sense im forgetful as hell) so she told me if i ever needed them including for my period shed get them to me no sweat.. should i take her up on the offer?

You could try Planned Parenthood. They don't care about your age.
Honestly, I go months between periods, and I'm 19. I also have had them two weeks apart once or twice. It's totally irregular. I'd do the BC thing, but I don't want more pills to take.
I'd take her up, if you want them.

I'd take her up, if you want them. honestly i hate medacine, but thanks, i thiught i might need to. iliek i said, i get every ymptom, froom mood swings to nausia cramps headaches bloating loss and gain of appeteite, even worse insomnia than i have normally, etc. - -;; its been geting worse every time ive had it sense i started 3 1/2 years ago.. so again thanks ill start on BC

Take the pills. It made my life a hell of a lot esier. And then you have one less thing to worry about.

If you don't want pillls you can take a BC needle every few weeks (once you turn 16) But, I'm sure if you talk to your doctor they'll give them to you anyway. Just go in the office bawling your eyes out (works best if you have a male doctor) They'll feel so awkward they'll give them to you.

It ******** has the worst side effects ever, even if it is once every 4 months.

The Patch is another possibility. You only have to remember it once a week, as opposed to once a day. There's potential for a rash if your skin reacts badly to the adhesive - but my notoriously rash-prone skin just turns vaguely pink and itchy, and that can be chalked up to the fact that that particular area of skin doesn't get to breathe for a week. xp

ok i have no idea if this will help. but try to eat as properly as you can and drink lots of water, see i drink tons of water,way more then my friends at school, and i eat a fair bit of meat, and bread, and lots of veggies and fruit, and some dairy ut not a lot. i rarely drink pop, mnuch rather have juice or water. and stiff liek that and i've never been irregular. but i've looked at my diet compaired to my friends and its majorly different so maybe that has soemthign to do with it. i never get any paisn or anythign adn its regualtr adn everythign .>.> i have the perfect period v.v but i think alot of it has to dow tih water intake cause on my rag i drink even more water... and i drink probly around 8 ottles a day of water v.v
