Last weekend was a rough one, both in prediction and in personal affairs. But I'm back with 100% of my attention to this weekends games.

Patriots at Broncos- Despite being the favorites in this game, the Patriots could be, and in my opinion should be a 1-3 team, not 3-1 thanks to a fortunate come back from behind victory over Buffalo, and a few bad roughing the passer calls last week which led to 14 points. But never the less they are getting better, and are looking more like there old selves with each passing week. Problem is they are now up against a suprisingly well Broncos team, with a tough defense which should pose just as much a problem for Brady as the Ravens did... that is unless the refs baby Tommy boy again.
WINNER- DENVER BRONCOS

Texans at Cardinals- The Texans being an indoor stadium team will help them playing in Arizona. They have the potential of beating an offensively flustered Cardinals team which lacks the punch the unit last year had. If the Texans team which came back from behind to defeat the Titans, and crush the Raiders last weekend show up to play, I give it to the Texans, If the struggling unit which gave up a winnable game to Jacksonville shows up instead, then the Cardinals can enjoy coming off a bye with a win. I'll take my chance and go with the Texans again, even though they failed me the last time I picked them.
WINNER- HOUSTON TEXANS

Atlanta at San Francisco- Despite the 49ers being 2 and 1/2 point favorites, and playing at home, the Falcons are still a very dangerous team, coming to the West coast fresh off a bye. That and San Francisco is filled with a heavily injured team that is looking for any way to just get through this game and into the bye for some much needed rest. The offensive line is majorly banged up and is giving up roughly 4 sacks a game, Coffee is doing a decent, but not good enough job in covering for injured Frank Gore, and Crabtree will not be looking to make his first start till at the earliest October 25th against Houston following their bye. If the 49ers wish to to go into the bye 4-1 they need another excellent effort from their Defense. But it will be much much tougher against Atlanta than St. Louis.
WINNER- ATLANTA FALCONS

Colts at Titans- I really feel sorry for the Titans, here's a team that could very easily be 2-2, maybe even 3-1, but instead might end up going into their bye week at 0-6 with games against the Colts and New England in the next two weeks. Fans are already desparing, and a chance for a turn around run at a possible playoff spot is slim. As for the Colts, No Dungy, no Harrison, no problem. The Colts are not only 4-0 and on top of the AFC South, but are also ranked #1 in the ESPN power rankings in the NFL. Manning is showing why he is the great QB he his, as we are reminded that as long as Peyton is under center, the Colts are always going to be contenders.
WINNER- INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

N.Y. Jets at Dolphins- The Dolphins finally got their first win, and a big one against division rival Buffalo, no better way to turn around an 0-3 start than with back to back victories over division rivals including current division leader Jets. But with Pennington done for the year, can Henne step up and win? He wasn't bad last week, but he needs to play better against a tough Jets Defense. As for the Jets, the honeymoon is over as Sanchez was given a reality check last week against the Saints. Bill Cowher once said in judging a QB's greatness, it's not what he does when he's at his best, but how we reacts after we see him at his worst that defines him as QB. Well last week we saw Mark at what is currently his worst NFL start, lets see how he rebounds.
WINNER- NEW YORK JETS
