WELCOME!

YAAAAAAAAY! We finally got our guild! It had been long pushed for and long awaited and it is finally here! WOOOOOOTNESS! Just a few things to go over before you get started running amok in the guild.


Please do not post new topics on the main page without informing me first. I only say this because I have been in other guilds where there is like ten million topics on the front page and it makes things look very unorganized and confusing. I don't want millions of threads gumming up the front forum page and making it look tacky. -nod nod- If topics come up that need to be addressed/added, and they belong on the front page, that is perfectly fine. And, if need be, I can always make another subforum for things of the sort. -nod nod-

I would prefer the only three threads seen on the first page are the ones already here:

- Read First Thread for the Guild
- OOC Thread
- Introduce Yourself! : )

Now, I realize that things may come up that need to go on the front page of the guild forums and those will be dealt with when they come up. ^_^ Just please okay it through me first. Thankies!

RP Information, Guild and RP Guidelines, and Moderators List

RP Names: "Castle Origins - Original Castle" and "Original Castle"
Guild Thread Moderators: damecharlie, Decorera, krusnik05, The Liquored Dream, Tactic_Fai, and Nastrodamus (break down of threads and moderators below)
Genre: Vampire, modern fantasy
Style: literate and at least semi-detailed posts, PLEASE




Guild and RP Guidelines

1. Follow Gaia Rules for rating. PG13 posts at all times. We have players of all ages. There have been mentions/hints of not PG13 elements: rape, homosexual relationships, etc. However, no graphic descriptions please. We are slightly more lenient of blood and gore; given this is a vampire RP. Still, if you have issues with what is being posted, please contact damecharlie and Decorera.

2. Cardinal rule: Talk to a player before you harm or engage their character. We encourage players to get together "offstage" and plan out scenes or plot-points, but you must talk to the player before harming their character. Yes, we are vampires so we can take a lot of damage, but just be courteous. No bullying.

3. Although damecharlie and Decorera are the major RP thread leaders, everyone is ENCOURAGED to supply plot arcs and move plot along. However, please run new plot/character ideas by a thread moderator before posting. You can post a profile on the profile thread and send us a pm asking us to check it out. (Be sure to add the number of the page it is posted on!) We will reply ASAP and to give you the ok to post.
