I met someone who has no clue who he is!

My Roomie doesn't know who Stalin is. I never bothered explaining, just sort of made a quick statement like 'Oh, an old USSR leader'. She only vaguely knew the USSR I had to remind her.
She's a beauty therapist.

She's a beauty therapist. They girl who I'm referring to is into beauty as well. Perhaps it comes with the job?

I'd prefer people not know who he is. It makes it easier to explain to them his significant contributions without them yammering about genocide and garbage.

The American text books and media don't portray Stalin as a good leader anyways, if they did know who he was, it would be a negative view.
