I signed up for tech. for my school's musical Godspell, but I don't know weather I get in or not until monday! I really REALLY really want to get in! I specifically signed up cor costumes / make-up ( razz ) and props.
If I don't get in this time, I'll blow-up! I've been doing consessions (and coffee) for the past 2 plays!! You had to get picked to audition for the fall play (Ordinary People) and, yes, I wasn't even allowed to audition. I didn't get into the musical last year either (Once upon a Mattress). I can only stoop to the lowest level for SO LONG!!!!!

Make up and costuming? You won't have a problem getting in (at least not in my school).

Oh, you'd be amazed how long you might have to be the lowest rung before you break out into any importance.

SirLewis Make up and costuming? You won't have a problem getting in (at least not in my school). My school too. Our director would snatch you up in an instance. We are kinda short on techies and male actors. So you would probably fare pretty well.

Male actors for my school too. The ratio for the last audition was like 7:1 for female to males.

My school is always looking for willing techies and male actors. You can become very imortant in an insit if they see you have skill.

back in hs theatre, we were generally low on male actors but all the male actors were regulars so there were no emergencies. Tech had me and several other friends in the same grade but that was last year. now the regular tech force was reduced from 8 to 2.
