-If u come across a comment that is in violation of the rules immediately remove the comment from the topic.
(Crew members should be able to do this as well.) -If you come across a TOPIC that was created by a user and is in the wrong location, move it to the Chatterbox forum.
-If you delete any posts in violation or move any topics, immediately following your actions you need to pm me and let me know:
~Who it was that made the violation
~What they did
~What action was taken on your part to resolve it.
I will keep track of it on the spread sheet.
-I will be responsible for notifying the users that they have violated the rules of the Guild, or that there post/topic has been moved/deleted. (Topics in the wrong location will not result in a violation unless the user has repeated the action after being notified.)
-Do not message them personally and leave that up to me.
-By Default the Auto Accept button in the Guild Settings is unchecked. That means from time to time users will have a request to join the Guild.
It will appear in the top left corner when you enter the forums, or the moderator guild (and in some other places), please keep your eye out for that and if you see some, please accept the request.
-CO CAPTAINS: If you go into the moderator panel and edit the Guild settings, make sure you re-click the auto accept button, every time, by default it will be unchecked.
