i really like the comic idea.... but i think we need to all come up with collective ideas about that before we start to draw it...

Yeah! People can host their own contests, but I think the main one should be of Blob and his pal Lette. ^^
Yeah, we definitely should discuss the direction and overall plot of the comics. ^^ I wish our members/crew were a little more active ;-;

it would be easier if our "leader" were around, but i know how RL is... lol and it isn't so easy to be active in an incomplete guild... i mean technically we are still in creation mode!

yea... i would that way people can open their shops and we can get this guild going! lol
maybe start a thread on the How To Set Up Your Shop with the basic guide lines on ow you did yours...

Hey guys, I'm still claiming inactiveness,
because techinally i'm supposed to studying
right now... =.=;
Bah! But to hell with it all.
I'm still going to try to pop in everynow and then
just to contribute ideas..and stuff.
I was thinking, why don't we combine our guild's
grand opening with a halloween event?
Like, a massive halloween ball or something rather?
There could be various competitions, but the only ones I
can really think of at the moment are:
- halloween themed treasure hunt over gaia/those massive riddle
things.
- a dress up competition.
Plus, since it'll also be our grand opening there can be combinations,
like:
- pass the flaming jack-o-lantern (a slightly more violent version
of pass the parcel where the person who gets handed the lantern
when the flame dies gets a prize)
Stuff like that ;3
Just letting it out there, feel free to take it as you like.

As for a mini comic,
(this also fits in with the aforementioned theme
of a combined grand opening/halloween event)
why don't we do the creation of blob and his pal lette?
I mean, obviously, blobs of paint and palets don't
exactly come to life on their own,
so why not incorporate a little halloween mischief into
that somehow? ;D

Halloween ball is a great idea! There should be an official Halloween Ball thread in the event subforum for it.
Also, the creation manga tying into a halloween theme seems like lots of fun! :] Great ideas, Spirit!
