You avoid going insane by being grounded in who you are and what you are.. having a good solid family to lean upon during the rough times helps...but also remember who you are inside..

-ayame pops in from a veil of black flame- For one. Vampires don't go insane. There have only been cases like that when the bloodlust gets to high other than that they don't go insane. though they will explode when they touch sunlight. Sorry all you twlight fans but its the truth Vampires don't sparkle in the sun. they Explode into flames
