Cami was being stubborn as always, since having children and a taste of the stable family life, she'd be reluctant to run around and mess it up again. But who could pass up this chance? Leo hit the Daredevil in her heart for this challenge. Time to leave the kids with the father and join in the fun! Together they both gazed beyond the door. The could go to the light that shone from the floor, which seemed silly, light, going down? And they to the path on the right, into the darkness, where anything could jump out at them.
"Seem like a trick? Don'cha think?" Leo stared down into the light, no matter who inviting it looked, she knew form the sparkle in Cami's eyes, that they'd be headed into the dark. She wasn't afraid, not really. Cami would be with her, which would be better then splitting up.
"To the left we go then!" Cami said cheerfully, pretending she never even heard Leo at all. This was her time to shine again. Spotlight all on her, even if they were diving into the dark. And so off they went, they took the dark path to the right. Leo only looked back once, before trotting after Cami.
