Well now fans of the ‘Twilight phenomenon’ are taking boring to a whole new level. They are creating their own religion, based on the books/film. It’s called Cullenism, after the family of Vampires in Twilight, and they have their own very strange set of beliefs. The first, and primary bit of dogma you have to believe to be a Cullenist is that the characters in the Twilight series are real. No, they’re not characters invented by author Stephanie Meyer. No, no, no, they’re real living, breathing people. And real, living (Unliving? Whatever…) breathing teen vampires. Of course, that’s not all. There are a whole series of beliefs, and the religion is open to adopting more beliefs as others become members. Hit the jump for all the details, but be forewarned: this will either make your brain explode with its incredible stupidity, or it’ll make you want to wear cool clothes and stare at other people who wear cool clothes, too.
Here’s the post on the official Twilight forums that begins the religious discussion:
...And their prayers, which, I think, they've copied off of the Bible..
One question here.. How did they know where the vampire's birthplaces are? O.o

Just like any other religion, we have beliefs and values. Each belief may take on more importance for one person than it may for another, there is no wrong way to decide which beliefs are more important than others. So here are the main Cullenism beliefs, however, this list is not a limit to what you can believe in when it comes to the Cullenism religion, Cullenists are a welcoming and caring group of people, and we will accept any other Cullenism beliefs you may have!
These are our beliefs (in no certain order).
As a Cullenist we believe:
Edward and the rest of the Twilight characters are real
Stephenie Meyer is the (or one of the) best author(s)
The twilight series should be worshiped
If you are good in life, you will be bless with eternity with the Cullens, if you are bad in life, you will be sent to James’ cave
As I said earlier you are free to take a stronger belief in some of these than others. Other than that, happy reading! study and I hope this was a useful resource, I also hope you continue on with your Cullenist beliefs!!! May the Cullens bless you!

Edward, sparkling strong
Alice, can see what's wrong
Emmett, the playful bear
Rosalie, makes people stare
Jasper, can feel your pain
Esme, can get out that stain
Carlisle, is the hottest doctor
Bella, is the trouble concocter
With their powers, hand in hand, in line are three women, and in line are four men. They will not eat, so take their bread, it takes one bite for death to spread.

So, it was brought to my attention earlier today that there is a religion being created by some Twihard fans called 'Cullenism'.
Just type in the name in your google search engine and lo and behold!
I think my brain just melted reading this on Urbandictionary.com:
"A new religion based off of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga. They believe that the Cullen's (also including Isabella Swan, Jacob Black, and all other characters) are indeed real, and they deserve to be worshiped. They believe that the author of the successful series is a prophet, and that the books are a series of holy books, and the "Cullenists", or "Cullenite" must read a bit of it every day. If you live your life well, in their belief, you will spend eternal life with the Cullen's.
One member said, "Cullenism is a mass group of people, referred to as Cullenites, who have come together to appreciate the values and ideals represented by the Twilight series. We are not a religion(or a cult, lol) But we will be comparing and discussing Twilight with religion. We are nondenominational and don't intend to make anyone give up their own personal beliefs to be a part of the Cullenism group. We are simply fans who cherish the values of Twilight (not just how cute Edward is)!"
There are many different people with different views on Cullenism. Many insist that it IS a religion, others a cult, others not.
-In the name of Carlisle, Edward, and Jasper and Emmett, amen.
-What are you doing?
-Practicing my beliefs! It's called Cullenism; I'm Cullenist now.
-Oh. Isn't that not a religion?
-It is to me. "
If you're a lazy person (like me) and you didn't read the above from UD.com then don't sweat, it's just a lot of nightmare nonsense.
So, my question to you all is; What do you think about this "Cullenism" religion? Are you for it? or think its completely ridiculous?

It's what will mark the end of the world as we know it.
It's a Twilight religion.
Look at the guidelines here: http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaia/redirect.php?r=http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/extended-discussion/twilight-become-a-religion-called-cullenism/t.49927419/
It's DISGUSTING.
But, this also spurs a debate. What's the border? What's the dividing line between obsession and pleasure?

Lord Alhazred is the reason I know about Cullenism. I thought I'd share how stupid and insane the world has become:
A RELIGION BASED ON TWILIGHT...AKA CULLENISM.
