I stare at the two options before me, pointing to the one that descends into the earth and turning to Starscream with a grin, "You go that way!"

The robo-Noodle snorts, "I don't think so. How do you expect me to fly underground? I'm going this way." He takes the right path, disappearing into the darkness.

"Guess I'm going this way~" I set off down the path excitedly, completely unprepared...

Celestial- You head down the stairs and into the warmer, better lit space. Stationary torches line the corridor and after a few yards you reach a crossroads. All paths are well lit and warm, but the left seems to be the most.

#- Continue forward.
#- Go right.
#- Go left.

Starscream- You trek down the darker path and it is chillier here. At any pace it is not long before you reach a fork in the road, one path heading right into a brighter, warmer space, and another to the left thats heads to a darker tunnel where it is cooler.

#- Go right.
#- Go left.

"Three? Guess I won't be needing this then..." I unhappily return a coin to my pocket with a sigh. Thanks to an indecisive nature it takes me quite a while to finally settle the path to the right. Mind you, this choice didn't come from careful analysis of the situation. I simply find going straight ahead boring and I've never really been a left kind of person.

Starscream is completely oblivious to the temperature changes, they only show up as the tiniest blip on his sensors. The change in light isn't much of a problem either thanks to the wonders of infrared. He stands there for a moment to contemplate his options, "Hmm...Hopefully this way will lead to wider spaces where I can actually fly..." He flutters his wings then heads down the right path.

Celestial- Your opting for the right path leads you to a brick wall that looks none too sound. One brick pokes out and calls your attention, but it looks as though the brick holds up the entire wall- one would never know.

#- Take the brick. [Randomize 1-12]
#- Go back.

Starscream- Its a long walk before you get anywhere, but the route has gotten both brighter and warmer and its spacious here. You reach a crossroads with paths leading south, continuing east, and one going north. The path to the north gets cold and dark again, while south and east remain warm and well lit.

#- Go north.
#- Go south.
#- Continue east.

How can I resist such a tempting opportunity? I can't, that's how! Cautiously I take the brick from the wall and pray it doesn't topple over on me.

Glad to have some space Starscream gets airborne just because he can. He considers the north path for a moment, wondering if it will lead him to open skies. In the end he decides the darkness down the north path isn't very promising and goes south.

Celestial- You get nothing from your endeavor but some dust in your face from the wall and head back to the intersection. From here right is where you came from so it's either take a left or go forward to the light.

#- Go forward.
#- Go left.

Starscream- Heading south you reach a disappointing dead end. The wall here looks weak, though and could be shifted by movement.

#- Punch it. [Randomize 1-12]
#- Ignore it and go back to the intersection.

A bit depressed from my complete and total failure I march forward, not bothering to give the left path even a second glance.

Starscream is amused by the obstacle in front of him, scoffing as he attempts to remove it from his path, "No pathetic wall will get in the way of my victory!"

Celestial- You reach another intersection in a short amount of time. To the right is much brighter light while the left gets dimmer and rounds a corner down the way.

#- Go right.
#- Go left.

Starscream- Attempting to move the wall does nothing ang dust falls on your head from the ceiling. You head back out and now have two choices since going back the way you came isn't really an option. To the right is brighter light and cinnamon scents while the path now in front gets darker as it goes.

#- Go right.
#- Go forward.

(*shakes head* You fail me yet again, Starscream. *shot*)

Still rather down about the unsuccessful brick incident, I opt for the right path again in hopes that with a brighter path comes a brighter future.

Starscream grumbles as he returns to where he was before. Still going with the belief that the light will lead him towards the skies he heads down the right path.

Celestial- Here you walk forward and can go ahead to a dead end or go right to the light source.

#- Go right.
#- Go forward.
#- Make silly faces.

Starscream- Taking the path leading right puts you at another crossroads. Forward is a dead end, but something might be there. While the light is brighter to the right and you swear you can hear something over there.

#- Go right.
#- Go forward.

I finally decide it's time to start thinking about where I'm going and stop between my two choices. While attempting to find some kind of logical reason to choose one over the other I manage to make several rather amusing faces. They help my thought process somehow....I swear!

Not being in the slightest bit interested in heading into a dead end, Starscream doesn't take a second glance at the path ahead of him. A smirk forms on his face as he hears sound from the right path, his null rays charging as he starts down it, "Perhaps now I'll come across something that's actually interesting."

Celestial- You've been so busy making faces...time passes, and what you don't know is that your good old buddy, Starscream, has come up right behind you.

#- Shriek like a little girl before realizing - too late, of course - that it was just Starscream.
#- Continue obliviously making faces.

Starscream- Tralalalalaaa, walking is so fun, isn't it? Oh wait. It seems you're not alone anymore. The figure you're approaching...oh Goddess! It's her...and what's worse...you see her making ridiculous faces to herself. Forward, there's an old pile of cloth you can investigate...or if you turn to the right and head towards the brilliant light source.

#- Go investigate the pile of cloth and drag your owner-thing behind you. [Randomize 1 - 12]
#- Take a moment to kick your owner-thing's butt for making such ridiculous, shameful faces!
#- Drag your owner down the right path, towards the light.
#- Stare stupidly...and find some morbid sense of amusement from watching her make a fool out of herself.

Being the oh-so-observant person I am, I continue to make faces, completely oblivious to the whiny bot's presence. It isn't until after he grabs me by a leg and I scream like the little girl I am that I realize he's there.
"Starscream! You do care!" He returns my elated face with one of an opposite expression then drags me over to the cloth like ragdoll and examines it.

Cel and Starscream- Congratulations, Starscream, you found a shard of a bowl. Give it to your annoying owner-thing and carry on until you both meet your next choice. To the left, the path grows dim once more, and there's a slight breeze that carries heat with it. You also notice a small alcove with a glowing red crystal on top of a silver pedestal. The path straight ahead leads towards the light. Do you both go your separate ways, or are either of you dragged along by the other?

#- Left path, back to the darkness.
#- Ouuuu, shiny red crystal! Go try to take it!
#- Head towards the light.

I get to my feet and snatch up the shard of bowl, safely stuffing it in a pocket. My eyes almost instantly drawn to the crystal because I seriously can't resist anything shiny. I start heading towards the crystal and my robotic friend sees this as his chance to get rid of me so he makes his way towards the left path. Unfortunately, he's wrong. I notice him trying to slip off and fling myself in his direction, latching on like a remora.
"Noooo! Don't leave me, Starscream. I don't wanna be alone!"
"Get off of me, human!" He tried to shake me off but failed miserably thanks to my amazing monkey grip.
"But, that crystal could possibly be a source of energy. It could be an endless supply of Energon."
"I highly doubt it."
"But you don't know that. Do you really want to pass up an opportunity to overthrow Megatron?" I grinned, knowing I had won this argument. The Decepticon grumbled something along the lines of how detestable fleshlings are and made his way towards the crystal with me still clinging on.
