This area contains all of the Snow villages Jutsus and Genjutsus. It's a stone block building with a cage that has all the scrolls, with the cage sealed by a single piece of paper. If anyone should try to open it without Near's permission, they will experience a Genjutsu as if they are being frozen slowly and painfully. This lasts for five posts. if person tries again, they will experience another in which they are transported into a room with only them and Gobi, with the demon torturing them endlessly. Near will automaticly be noted if a second attempt is made, and will come to beat the crap out of that person.
