So I thought that I would FINALLY be out of my apartment and able to move on with my life tomorrow. Ha, ha, ha, how silly of me, right? After a week and a half of getting quotes, calling around, emailing, etc, I finally lined up a mover for this Saturday and put down my deposit. No sooner did I let my complex know that I'd be turning in the keys on Monday than the moving company was calling me telling me that it wasn't convenient for THEM anymore to move me on Saturday. They'd move me on Wednesday because they would be in the area anyway. Excuse me? NO!!!!! scream
Every day that I'm not out of my apartment is costing me $25 a day; I'm not particularly worried about the moving companies scheduling ineptitude right now. They finally agreed to show up Monday first thing so I could turn in my keys that afternoon as scheduled, but I do NOT need this hassle right now.
