To be honest this would be awful I suppose but it all deepends on your age dear. If you are over sixteen all the power to them ( this is frank but sadly true ) as at this age they have the right to remove you from their home.
You have to question yourself now;
Did I spring this on them?
Could I have explained this to them slowly or in a more positive light?
Was this, honestly, the best time to tell them?
Not all people are going to except you and YES this includes your near and dearest family members. If you answered yes to at least one of the questions you really should think over how to approach your family when things calm down. Most people need to time to think these things over and the come back to you and talk. Some will never except this lifestyle.
