Learning Other Village's Jutsu:

- In taking another village's jutsu, you must request to borrow the scrolls that are required to learn the jutsu

- If you choose to take the scrolls by force, you must post in the area that the scrolls are in, wait atleast 28 Hours (yes, more than one day) and give time for the other ninja to respond. After that length of time, you are free to take the jutsu if no one in the building is opposing you.

- Other Village's jutsu learning take 1.5x the amount of posts.

- All village jutsu scrolls will be kept in a hidden building inside the village, so that the stealing of scrolls is more challenging. Each village must have a Hidden Scroll Building. The building is only known to the Kage and its sannin.

Attacking Another Village

- All attacks must be requested for to the Guild Captain before being conducted.

- Upon doing the attacking, atleast a 7 sentence paragraph must be posted in order for an area to be destroyed.

- Only 1 area in 2 hours may be destroyed, unless more than one person is present, in which it increases by the amount of people present at the time of the FIRST attack of the hour.

- Attacks pertaining to Arcs or Storylines do not need a request.

Summoning

- Unless you have a Demon, all Summons will be learned at a high level Chuunin, and Genin if you have a demon.

- Learning Summoning takes 15 attempts, 5 sentences each.

- You must get approval from the Original Summoner before learning the Summon

- If there is no original summon, a request must be sent to Huntur.

Leaving Your Village

- You must be atleast Jounin to leave you village, for the Akatsuki is not accepting anymore Chuunin and no other groups are being made at the time.

- No rogue ninja will be allowed until further notice

- After leaving your village, you will not be permitted to come back

- You may only join an allied nation or Akatsuki when leaving a village.

- If you do not have a village or a member of an organization, you can not rank up.

Akatsuki and Demons:

- Demon hosts must be taken alive

- If the Host dies, the demon dies with it

- Removing the demon does not kill the host

- Once the demon is extracted you must leave the owner alone, he is to be unharmed and not killed or taken elsewhere.

- It takes 3 in real life days to fully extract a demon. Regardless of number of members.

Regaining Chakra:
1 Post: Gain 50 Chakra per post of non-combat RP'ing.
This does not include training

*If this calculation would put you at or below 10 chakra the Spirit takes control of your body for the duration of the summon, and you are treated as an NPC under the control of the Crew member roleplaying the Spirit. Your body does not suffer from your low chakra during this time, but the full effects resume once the summoning ends.

Transplants

-Transplants can only be performed by a medical nin of the rank jonin, unless the shinobi is specializing in medical, then it may be chunin

-Only eye transplants can be done, no other bloodline or clan can be translanted. Bloodlines like Sharingan, Byakugan, Ranmaru's eyes, so on and so forth.
-- If you have transplanted 1 Byakugan eye, you are only allowed to see 180.

-You must have proof of the transplant taking place, send huntur or me the link and if its acceptable we'll update the list

-Transplants are foreign to the body. So using the Doujutsu, or to simplify the transplanted eye, it takes twice the average chakra. So if you lets say have a transplant of byakugan, using its abilities would be more draining, and using its techniques require more chakra, the moves being worth one rank higher then average.

-Any transplant, such as sharingan, can only work in simpliest stage, meaning if you try to transplant an mangekyo sharingan, it'll revert to its normal stage, and you have to work for the new stage again.
