This is a cathedral located in the far back within the village. Shinobis come here to get there thoughts together or pray. The area itself is said to be on a cliff surrounded by waterfalls, but inside the sound is very different. Some say there's a holy presense here, others say theres something ominous here. In the back there is a statue of a girl, bounded by eight chains. The music in the backround is said to be sad, but at the same time peaceful and yet eerie. Outside the cathedral appears to be a huge building, similar to that of a church. The sun setting just above the roof gives a beautiful view, but at the same time a chilling one. It is said occasionally the music note high C A, can be heard, and a ghost is seen once in a blue moon

Naota appeared in a light spray of mist inside of the cathedral. he had just escaped a battle and was just looking to relax. he had materialized laying down on a bench near the statue of the girl in the back of the cathedral. He sat there looking at the statue with his hands behind his head wondering what her story was and how she got here of all places.

The door slams open loudly as he walks inside. His eyes glowing in the shadows of the cathedral as he swears underneath his breath. He needed a place to do this in silences, a place that few bother to come during this time, and this is it ...as he pulls out one of the medical scrolls he stole from the Hidden Leaf before the Chunnin exams.
He was going to study the scrolls, and then, he was going to find a way to destory all of those shinobi. All of the powerful ones, the weak ones, he would destory them all, and he was going to use the Otokage for his guninea pig.
He would scream, cry, and water the ground with his blood before he let him die.
This was Solo's pledge as he walks into that badly lit area, and noticed in the back another shinobi.
"Darn, you guys are everywhere."
He declares sharply.

Naota looked up from his seat and gave Solo a wave. "dont worry. im friendly. i was only joking back at the office. shinobi from outside the village are very different from us. but hey, im just here to enjoy the cathedral and all its beauty." Naota told him as he motioned to the statue of a girl that was located right across from where he sat.

"But, whom said I am?"
Solo declares sharply back as he walks over to Naota. There was no sense in being stupid about it now. He was stuck having companion once more, and that meant that his plans would have to wait just a bit longer.
He sighed lightly at that fact.
"So, what are you doing here?" "Aren't you of Vergil's pets?" "I was sure he kept you close and on a short leash."

(Lunarsun pick it up) Looking down at the cathedral from above a bored shinigami watched interestedly. Quickly he grabbed a black book from seemingly nowhere and read over it for a second. "The power to become god, I wonder what a human will do with it?" He asked himself, knowing the others around him were ignoring him, busy with their pointless lives. He gave the note one last look before dropping it into the human world and watching who exactly would pick it up.
The note plummeted through the air for miles, until it was picked up by a wind current. This carried it from fire counrty to somewhere over sound country. The note being made of paper fell easily, but was easily redirected by the wind. It was picked up by one more wind current, bringing it over the village hidden in the sounds. Once the wind ran out it began to plumment once more, bouncing off the Cathedral's rooftop with a loud thud before landing slightly north of the Cathedral's main gate. It sat in the well trimmed grass just waiting to be picked up.

Solo growled, but forced himself to try and calm down.
He repocketed, the scroll.
He didn't need to do this again ...he didn't need to get himself so riled up that he would end up fighting a battle he couldn't win. Thus, he turned on his heels and before Naoto could say anything further ...walked out the cathedral. He needed a silent place to think for a while ...as he walks across the grass cutting a new path. It was here that he felt his foot hit something as it skids across the grass from his anger, and his eyes pick up exactly what it was.
A notebook.
What a strange thing to find a place like this.
Solo walked over to it, and picked it up. The thought of ripping out the pages to help himself calm down came to mind ...as he held the notebook in one hand.
"Well ...well ...well."
he declares lightly as he thought about ripping it up.

If solo bothered to open up the notebook and read it he would've noticed the set of rules written on the opening page. It really didn't matter whether or not he took it or left it, the second he had touched a note he had made a pact with it's owner and now was to be possesed by a shinigami. 1. All humans, without exception, eventually die. 2. After they die, the place they go is Mu (nothingness). 3. Once dead, they can never come back to life.
1. This note shall become the property of the human world, once it touches the ground of (arrives in) the human world. 2. The owner of the note can recognize the image and voice of the original owner, i.e. a god of death. 3. The human who uses this note can neither go to Heaven nor Hell.
The human who touches the Death Note can recognize the image and voice of its original owner, a god of death, even if the human is not the owner of the note.
# he person in possession of the Death Note is possessed by a god of death, its original owner, until they die. # If a human uses the note, a god of death usually appears in front of him/her within 39 days after he/she uses the note. # Gods of death, the original owners of the Death Note, do not do, in principle, anything which will help or prevent the deaths in the note. # A god of death has no obligation to completely explain how to use the note or rules which will apply to the human who owns it.
1. The following situations are the cases where a god of death that has brought the Death Note into the human world is allowed to return to the world of gods of death: 1. When the god of death has seen the end of the first owner of the Death Note brought into the human world and has written that human’s name on his/her own Death Note. 2. When the Death Note which has been brought in is destroyed, like burned, and cannot be used by humans anymore. 3. If nobody claims the ownership of the Death Note, and it is unnecessary to haunt anyone. 4. If, for any reason, the god of death possessing the Death Note has been replaced by another god of death. 5. When the god of death loses track of the Death Note which he/she possesses, cannot identify which human is owning the Death Note, or cannot locate where the owner is, and therefore needs to find such information through the hole in the world of gods of death. 2. Even in the situations 2, 3, and 4 above, gods of death are obliged to confirm the death of the first owner and write down that humans name in his/her Death Note even when he/she is in the world of gods of death.

Solo picked it up with the thought of destorying it, yet, as he open the first page he noticed something very interesting. Rules. He had clue why such a thing would be in there, but curiousity made him read ...as he looked at the rules and scoff at the entire thing.
Though, with all those rules and such there was nothing about how to use the book exactly. He simply held it up and then turned it around.
This would give him something to think about other than that fake Otokage. Solo pocketed it,and walked away as he started to head for his dorm room.

Naota sighed as Solo left before he could respond. Naota then went back to staring at the statue of the girl while he whistled a soft tune that was sad, but at the same time peaceful and yet eerie. he often whistled this tune when he was bored or when he was thinking about a person who he misses the most.

Naota sat up in his seat which was in the back right across from the statue of the girl. Even though he stopped whistling, the tune still played in the background. "hello there young lady. just here for a stroll?" Naota asked her seeing as they were the only two in the whole Cathedral.

Michio was on his way to the training grounds when he heard voices echoing from the Cathedral. "Hmm.. I wonder who could be at the cathedral at this time of day..." He walked towards the cathedral and entered to find two fellow Sound Shinobi inside. "Hello... My name is Michio Uchiha." He looked over at the two figures, one male and the other female and waited for one of them to respond as he scratched the back of his head with his right hand and waved with his left.

"no not scroll. stroll. as in a walk. but i do have some medical scrolls on me at the moment." Naota answered her as he watched her walk up towards where he sat. he was wondering what she was actually here for besides seeing the Cathedral. just then another shinobi walked in and introduced himself. "hello there Wichio. im Naota Shimizu." Naota told him as he waved.
