The library is welcome to all the sound shinobi to come and learn the history of their villages as well as the other villages. Ranging from the sound's history to how to make your very own fuma shruiken is listed. Another section in the library is filled with the Sound jutsu(s) from E to A rank, all of the strongest and the most dangerous sound techniques are with the Otokage, in a seperate room guarded by 10 anbu black ops. The library has a unique barrier over it, nullifying any chakra damage it may take from people practicing jutsu within the library, so nothing is damaged as a result.

Michio walked into the library. First thing that caught his eye was the Anbu guarding a door. He wondered what could be inside. But decided he didn't want to know bad enough to get himself killed.
"Hmm.. alright lets see...
aha! here it is Siton Jutsu.. hmm"
He collected numerous books with the same title that were all different. He sat down at a table and began to read.

He looked through the Jutsu list and studied the hand signs but was almost positive he wasn't going to be able to do them on his own. He knew he needed someone to train him.
"I'm never going to gain any strength on my own.."
He closed the book for a second. He closed his eyes and put his head down and just sat there for a while. It wouldn't be long until he decided to call it a day and go back home.

"Medical Jutsu!! That's what i need to learn..
I must learn the human body before i can learn to destroy it..."
He got back up, this time one of the Anbu looked right at him, suddenly he felt a cold chill go down his back. He wondered what was the anbu's problem. He payed no attention and began to read about medical jutsu.
"Interesting... it's interesting how chakra can be used to cut organs.. i need to learn this and master this, how am i supposed to master water/wind/medicine at a genin level so fast.."

By the time he was bored of reading he had finished all the Suiton Jutsu books as well as the medical jutsu books. He noticed that the past few days there had been more people out of their homes in the village.
"Hmm.. I've got all this knowledge.. I'd read all the books, But i can't do it on my own.. at least not yet. I need some training done. But it's nothing to worry about now.."
He put all the books at the front counter. As he did the books were swallowed by the counter and when he looked back he saw that the books were all placed where they originally were. He looked forward again and walked back to his dorm.

~.Panku.~   Panku quietly walked into the library, needing to know something. It's upsetting all the great sound techniques I had heard of fall under ninjutsu or genjutsu...so I could never learn them. Panku sighed and looked for a couple of books and scrolls, hoping to find an interesting concept of a jutsu she would like to learn...but of course, they always ended up to be something she couldnt learn. " All man...." Panku was upset..will she ever find a taijutsu she actually liked?

 sohia walked into the library she was curios on what the anbu were guarding but went to find water scrolls

~.Panku.~ Panku was getting annoyed, so she walked over to a black op, in which thought she was going into the gaurded room, so ended up attacking her. Panku panic, then said " All I wanted were some directions!" Then automatically the black op stopped fighting her. Panku let out a sigh of releif, and then said " Do you know where the genin taijutsu section is?" Panku said hopefully and the black op pointed to the very end of the hall. Yay. Panku went down the hall and hoped to god that the Taijutsu didnt need charka control.

Panku finally got the scrolls and books she needed, and then she found a jutsu skill she liked.Ninja Scroll "Daidoumyaku – Great Pulse Fist Style Description: By using chakra to concentrate energy within their hands the user of this taijutsu can transfer the energy from their hand into their target, creating violent vibrations. This involves a slight bit of chakra control, but this is not the focus of the style. Instead the focus is on speed in movement and striking, which helps to create stable sound waves. These vibrations can damage soft tissue of internal organs but the primary function of this style is to damage bones and create numbness in nerves. "

~.Panku.~ looked at the next scroll and read out loud " a person must train with weight on their arms and legs to learn to keep themselves in shape, and to work on the person's speed. well I guess I should get some weights, then." Panku said simply as she put the book in her backpack, right beside her prized axe. She walked by a black op. " Do you know where I could find some training weights at?" She said simply while she was told by the ninjutsu section of the library or at the training grounds. Since panku felt lazy at the time she walked over to the ninjutsu sections and started to look for the weights.

~.Panku.~ Panku finally found the weights. YAY! so her next ordeal was to go to the training grounds and start, well, training. it will take awhile, plus an epic fail and possibly falling a river, but she'll do it. Panku Grabbed her backpack, taking the scroll and lotus technique book with her, and started her training: alone. {exit}
