I've worn Nike for four years and just changed to adidas, after a day of minor shin splints my feet never been happier.

Soooo what kind of shoe's do you wear and do u think that the perfect training shoe help's improve your running question

i dont have a brand i just go in a store try on a shoe and have the thought of its right for me......perfecto!! or nope uncomfrotable too tight ......foot cramp!! hee hee

The perfect shoe depends on whether you under or overpronate, your arch, and how you distribute pressure on your feet.

I wear Brooks to train in because I have extremely flat feet. Their motion control works wonders and I just got the latest Ariels. ~heaven~

My current racing spikes are... adidas, I think.
