This list all the NPCs of Mizuumi Valley, some move in and some leave, but all in all these might be helpful or harmful people to meet.

The Mayor
Name: Mayor Lionheart
Full Name: Claudia Lionheart
Nickname: Claud, Mayor, Mom ( to her son ), and 'that crazy lady with the axe'.
Alias's: The Fierce Tornado of the North
Personality: The Mayor of Mizuumi Valley is a wild firey woman who would rather go wrestle a shark than do paperwork. She is loud and proud of who she is, regardless of what other people think of her. To her life is one large adventure and staying still for too long would only be boring, which is surprising to anyone who knows her that she would even become a mayor to a small ailing village. No one is really aware of how she works, and only her poor mild manner son seems to understand her.
Personal History: Claudia was always different, even as a child. She'd rather be climbing trees and chasing dogs than doing her homework. So, it was no surprise to anyone that once she was of age she became an adventurer. Through her travels she became famous for her feats of strength, eventually earning the title "The Fierce Tornado of the North" due to her ability to leave chaos in her wake.
It was then shortly after wards she met a quiet mild mannered man that won her heart, even more shortly after wards they married... Much to everyone's surprise. Years and years later, after their son Maxwell had been born Claudia's husband had gotten deathly ill and unfortunately did not survive the winter. Not being the type to dwell too long in sadness, Claudia continued on with her life with her now teenage son.
By chance, through a game of cards the Fierce Tornado managed to win a deed to a small town far south from where she was living at the time. The previous mayor looked down and out, in dire need of money. Being the charitable sort, she offered instead a good sum of money for the piece of legal document. The previous mayor was elated, but warned her of the misfortune that would come of living in such a place.
Taking the warning as a challenge, Claudia felt she needed to do something productive in her life and made her way to Mizuumi Valley with her son.

Personal Description:
Claudia is an average sized woman of 45 years of age, she has a decent figure for someone nearly middle aged. Though her face tells a different story, despite looking so young she has a long nasty scar run across her face. Her long black hair is normally tucked under a bandanna and she tends to fashion herself is simple clothing, mostly trousers.

The Mayor's Son
Full Name: Maxwell Lionheart
Nickname: Max
Personality: Max is quiet and very calm, the complete opposite to his mother. He is neutral towards most anything and tends to just listen more than he talks. While most people could get frustrated with his nonchalant demeanor, it really isn't him being mean or uncaring... he's just a really quiet guy. Thoughtful and mature, Max is light years ahead of his mother when it comes to be responsible and having forethought. Though the one thing the two of them do have in common is determination and putting plan to action, one Max has his mind set on something he doesn't stop until he finishes what he started.
Personal History: Max was raised in a very loud and loving home, he was taught that he should always no matter what to follow his dreams. Even when his father had died, Max was mature enough to understand that these things happen and while he was sad about it there wasn't much he could do about the situation. He never blamed anyone, perhaps though he only blamed his father's bad luck.
Not too long after was when his mother had suddenly became mayor of a small town and it was then they moved to what they thought would be a wonderful lake side home to a decaying monument to something that might have been great. Max took is has his goal to help his mother resurrect this town, even if it took him years.

The Carpenter
Full Name: Luke Carver
Nickname: None, Luke's just fine!
Personality: Luke is a loud and over zealous sort of guy, he's the type to do what he can to help anyone. He works through life with a large amount of vigor and loves to things in his own awesome style.
Personal History: Luke lived in Waffle Town for as long as he could remember, even though he loved his home he wondered to himself how long he'd be there. Eventually, rumors flooded the small island of a town in need of help and Luke was one of the first to jump ship to do what he could to help this place out. Thankfully, because of his enthusiasm much of the town had be remodeled in record amount of time.
