The office of the Otokage is a tower. The office is a grey stone flooring with a large red square shaped carpet that takes up most of the floor. There is two windows, one on the left and one on the right. The desk is made of a unique type of wood which is polished, giving it a very fansy yet tasteful look. In the top left hand corner is a potted plant and the other side is a small water fountain which constantly runs with water from the spring. Two shelves are on both sides of the desk against the wall, containing various information. There is a hidden door beneath the desk where it leads to an unknown location.

Vergil looked out the window of his office, his icy blue eyes gazed out of his office scanning the village. Things seemed quiet, although over time it will populate and expand. His shinobis were somewhere at this moment, but he'll let them go to him, he had other things to worry about. "So...it seems this place needed help after all...in time things will prosper" He muttered calmly under his breath as he snapped his fingers and two ANBU members stood outside the office door

Vergil walked past them, pausing glancing at them through the corner of his eyes. "I'll be back....I have to go retrieve some shinobi I found who was a runaway in the files." He said nodding to the files on his desk. "Noone comes in, understood? If anything, inform me" He said as he walked out of his window and ran down the side of the tower, leaping off of it and landed on his feet, heading for the gates. The anbu nods and blocked the doorway, the anbu also being in the office watching outside the windows. Two anbu stood outside the tower. Here, security was tighter then what it has been. But it helped the sound for now

Solo's mouth drops.
He was stopped at the entrance to the tower, and he felt like screaming as he did just that at the nearest Anbu.
"YOu idiots, one of the hidden sound genin is missing." Her name is Rita Valentine ...I think that's her last name, and she is also one of the seven demon beast holders." "I Would think the Otokage would want to know that!"
He shouted. The effort exhausting, but with the now withstanding ...you will not be allowed in ...he sighed lightly before turning away. He was no longer even in the smallest bit insane, and he couldn't possible push his body to try and fight them. Not only would he lose in this state, but, he would still not accomplish his goal as he hobbled off to his dorm.
He was now using his sword like a crutch as he went there to deal with his own problem.

The anbu looked at one another and nods. This was information Vergil would want to know. And if he didn't and found out later he'd have one of their heads. One of the anbu left as another came to replace him. One of the other anbu walked off, heading towards Solo's retreat to ask him questions

Virgel walked into his office, closing the door once both him and Terra was in and walked over to his desk. He turned around and looked at Terra for a moment. He held a sound headband in his hand. "Terra...again you say you are not going to like this. But regardless you join, so you have some liking or interest for this. So here, your headband. Wear it with pride and loyalty" He said as he tossed Terra the headband.

Mother cries...Ronnel walked in, the ANBU guards keeping their distance after one tried getting pushy and ended up face down after a fist of sand crashed into his head. The nukenin stood at parade rest facing the desk of the Otokage, his arms crossed behind his back.

Vergil turned around seeing Ronnel. "So, your the one. I understand you are here to join the village then upon seeing the note correct?" He asked fully turning around looking at Ronnel, his icy blue eyes looking at Ronnel. He seemed to be one of a military like backround, well disciplined and strong. He had traits Vergil can respect. The anbu left the room, leaving the tower aside from the guards at the entrance.

Mother cries...Ronnel nodded sharply.
"Your note arrived just as I was leaving the village. I assume you want a run down on my skills?" He stared straight ahead at Vergil. The man exuded confidence, and seemed to be interested in the village's well being, more so than Kazuo was about Suna.

Naota caught the head band in his hand tying it loosely around his neck as if it were a necklace. "trust me. i hate this. but i have no choice... i will protect the one i love." Naota told him as he stood there contemplating on whether he was going to be punished as a run-away. or if he was going to be placed under close watch. both sounded fine by him as long as it didn't get in the way of his plans.

A suttle knock could be heard on the Otokage's door. Kaworu was sitting on the other side, trying to keep his confidence up. Though his inside was a bit unsure his face showed nothing, a completely neutral look. Kaworu was a firm believer in first impressions and already was thinking of a few ways to introduce himself.

Vergil nodded to Ronnel. "Yes, I will need to know your abilities, ranks, and any sidenotes I may want about you. Afterwords we'll get down to more important matters" He said as he shifted his attention to Naota. "Terra, I need you to stay here until I am done with Ronnel here" He said returning to Ronnel, but he heard a knock on the door. Without looking he called. "Come in"

Kaworu opened the door by a crack, so he could look on the inside. It never hurt to be prepared, and Kaworu was one to take precautions especially in a situation such as this. He walked into the room, taking one step at a time before bowing before the Kage. "My name is Kaworu, and Dante Uchiha told me that you could help me with my training."

Vergil looked at him. "I understand, for now go with the shadow clone, I'll work with you but for a short time. I have to ask what is it you need training in" He asked as he produced a shadow clone, which was done perfectly and effortlessly. The shadow clone Vergil waited by the door as they waited for Kaworu to answer the question

Kaworu smirked, he took a step forward, his white hair gleaming as a ray of light hit it. "I wish to learn the shadow clone, Chidori but most important of all Develop my curse mark to the next level." He requested, pulling the collar of his shirt down to show a black Heaven Mark. He bowed his head once more in a show of humility, it was never good to be cocky on a first impression,"I was told only you could do such a thing."
