There aren't too many artists on the guild. Some of them might already be busy. Maybe they just aren't inspired by anything. It's a bit difficult to say. Maybe they feel that your avatar is a little too challenging. I wish you the best of luck trying to get someone to help you out. I would try to help you out, but I just don't have much time anymore. I also have a room mate so it's a bit harder to hide that sort of thing.

Well, I actually don't want it drawn with all those items, just my avi in a diaper. I could make my own, but I want some from other people.

Well, All I want is my avi in a diaper, preferably a girls baby diaper. Ant the only item I to be drawn is the Gogh Reed for the hair. I'll tektek one to show you:
