This is a big, oppressive prison, which gives off a more disturbing feel than any prison in a human world. Screams of beings of all races simply echo throughout the hallways, whether they are screams of current prisoners, or just the echos of projects past, it is hard to tell. There is no way to get any transmission, electrical or otherwise (yes, that includes telepathy) from in this building to the outside, or vice versa. Basically, this prison exists completely cut off from everything else.
