L. Lawliet. A sweet-addicted, mysterious, and powerful detective. A Wammy's House Orphan. He is very fond of Watari, his care-taker(or so it seems that he is to me). Doesn't seem good with children right away(he states in the third movie, "This is my first time baby-sitting, and so far it isn't going well." I can't remember the exact words, but I think that's what he said). In one of the manga, his eyebrows disappear from time to time. Watch for it! Between the manga/anime, and the movie L dies two different deaths. However, I won't reveal any more spoilers for now... Because ya know, I'm that kind of fan.
owo I haven't read the manga, yet. So, I'm not sure how it differs from the manga. I do know the general jist of it, but I would like to know that I am certain. I've read the novel spin-off, and there's a lot that's really revealing about L. I have to disagree that he seems like a loon. He is very level-headed, calm, and misunderstood. ninja
