My major pet hate are the hundreds of asshats who set up shops for the sole sake of avoiding queue (basically going afk all night long while they sleep), which then in turn creates a ridiculous amount of lag on my computer from the amount of people in game. Also it has caused my friends game to crash countless amounts of time.
I think that if people would stop setting up shops like that and just log like normal people that the queueing would in fact go down quite a bit.
The most queue I have had lately is 5 to 10 minutes at most.
I'm guilty of the AFK shop. But, anyway good news for you is that they basically disabled that because when I set up my shop to go AFK I came back to find out that I've been disconnected for being gone too long.
