Im not sure if this goes here but. I wanted to see people stance on this and if they knew any martial arts. I know tai-kwon-do.

My boyfriend is apparently a 'black belt' in something. Or so his mother tells me.

My lover has a yellow belt in Aikidou (sp?). Me? I'm a black belt in origami. xd

I would love to take tai-kwon-do for footwork and ninjitsu for throws. I rather not wait too long and do it while I'm still young but it's an investment of time and money I can't afford right now. Really sounds like an excuse and I guess it is but if I had some free time and a lot of money to throw around I definitely would get back into MMA.
When did you start and for how long have you been practicing?

bout' three years ago i was trained by my brother who was learning from his sensai (Or however it is spelled) and we never used a belt system. I would say i just trained last week and i really didn't pick up on anything till about last year so yeah.

I practice an obscure offshoot of Wodoru , I got my First Dan blackbelt last year. Its a great style but I'm thinking of branching out a little...

I have never heard of those martial arts but they do sound interesting i will have to look them up. Also i was thinking about going to do ninjutsu and learning about the dragon and tiger stance in martial arts. I already know what they look like i just need to know how to fight with them.
