An endless maze of book-filled shelves make this library very easy to get lost in if you're not a Cloud shinobi. Legend has it that there is an underground tomb beneath it that houses the ancient scrolls that create their signature village jutsu and taijutsu. It requires an Amaterasu mask to enter though, as the rumor goes. If more than ten books are pulled off the shelves at a time, the Library's defenses go up and those inside become trapped in an electro-magnetic force field. That, and a powerful electrical current shoots through the floors, walls, and ceiling; frying all that dare touch it.
