Here's the thing about life, it's not always rainbows and smiles. Sometimes there's bad things, things that most people keep as secrets. Sometimes these secrets are what ties people together, and sometimes they are what drives them apart.

This world we live in is a wonderful, yet scary place...

This is the story of wonderous creatures that come from bags, and their experiences with each other and with themselves.

User ImageKanna, a scarred, shy creature. Familiar to the horrors of life, but unfamiliar to its happiness...

Her story is not linked to many of her kind, it begins with a foolish human and a bag that he discovered.

Kanna walked down a forest path. She thought about her past...
Shaking with fear, the tiny creature inside the bag felt her body lift from the ground. A human lifted the bag from the ground to peer inside.
The bag was decorated with a fine purple design.
The human grinned, thinking that he could get a high price for this thing...

Kanna gave a shudder as she wiped away the memory.

Her life was a tiresome thing to reminisce about. Kanna sighed loudly, sitting beneath a large tree.
A kitty came out of that bag you got me mommy...
Kanna shook her head quickly, remembering how shrill that little girl's voice was. "That's right. That little girl was the first, pulling at my tail, pinching my cheeks..." Her voice trailed off as she shuddered again.

Kanna lead herself to a small creek. After checking for anything dangerous, she began lapping up the cool water. She felt it slide down her throat, it felt amazingly good.
Unlike the pond out back of the manor where I was raised. That water was warm and unhealthy, shrouded with a thick greenness. She thought. A picture of the pond and the manor formed in her mind. The pond looked so alive, while the manor looked completely like the picture of death. It saddened Kanna, knowing that others were there as well. Those poor creatures.
