An Art Contest for new banners/front page image has been often come up in prior months.
If people wish to gather a pool for the winnings, ill try to get it started.
ill put upwards of 50k.

BAH! I had around 20k, but I just donated it to someone, and now you ask for funds!
BAH, I say!
While getting the gold together, we should prolly get an idea of what we want on the banner.
So yeah, people should post suggestions.

I was thinking yesterday that we should have a unified banner, you know, to show the ED-Pee-ers that we aren't ******** around.

In the interim, I suggest we use this:  When we get a decent one, we can use that. Also, we should do something about the name of the place...

is good. I think it would do nicely as a temp. However, for the real banner, I think we should get one that utilizes as much of the legal 500 pixel width as possible. Probably 500 wide by 300 tall. And it should include a slogan... I prefer the 'fighting for new october revolutions' one myself, but I am sure others will have better ideas.
