The castle, also called the Fort of Virtue, sit directly in the center of the entrance to the Holy Lands. None but those sanctioned by the Shuhan are allowed in there, of course. The castle is accessible at any time, the entrance hall the first room to enter. The doors are like that of the Japanese, sliding. The rooms are as follows: Meeting HallThe center of this grand hall is the meeting chamber for all those who wish to speak with the Shuhan. The center of the room holds a small hill, covered in soft green grass, and topped with a large, gnarled tree, that is covered in strange, aquamarine colored fruit. To eat the fruit is forbidden, unless it is plucked by the hands of the Shuhan, and offered to you by his/her own free will. Small stones act as seats, or you can sit in the grass. Light filters in from a diamond sealing, as bright as it would be outside. A larger stone that stands a few few off of the ground is saved for the Shuhan alone, and to sit there is usually a High Crime. Salvation RoomDespite the name, this room is basically one large map of the entire island, though there is a blank spot where the Holy Lands are. This also maps the ocean out to ten miles from the island, and using magic, this map shows the location of everyone who's name is spoken out loud. You can also locate enemy locations if you know what you're looking for. Meaning, you must have been spotted coming into the land before the map can "map" you.

Lilly swung down from her perch as her first grade students gathered around. She had been up for hours, looking over their reports and the week's schedual. Toady was a feild trip day, one which had all the students excited. She sighed and ran her fingers through her bangs. Counting the students she waited for the last few to join the group. Straightening her clothes, all green for today, she started in on the tour.
It was suppost to be a fun day, with a bit of a history lesson added in. However she would rather not be here, she saw too much of the building already. "Alright guys, be on your best behavior today. I don't want anybody starting fights. Understand?"
Relcutantly she started in on the various facts, walking backwards up to the entrance of the castle. She lead them into the entrance hall, still going on with her speal and walking backwards. She knew the whole place well enough that she hardly had to look to see where she was going. In order to keep the kids entertained she led them to the Salvation Room, both telling them stuff and quizzing them. The next stop, the Meeting Hall, would be the worst for her. It was the last place she wanted to be, since she already visited it constantly. Seeing how much the students were enjoying the room she left them with an order to stay there.
Quietly she walked to the Meeting Hall and slipped inside looking for the Shaun and hopping that he wasn't there. "Hey you Old Bat are you in here?"

The echoes from Lilly's words filled the hall, only muted as it struck the meeting are in the center, the massive tree casting the grassy cirlce into shade. After a few moments, a gentle pat on her head would reveal the answer. In the air before her was what looked like a tentacle of heat, the waves distorting the air in the shape. After a moment came a gentle voice from beneath the tree. "I am here, Lilly. I can hear the children outside. Brought them on the fieldtrip, have you?" An instant later, the Shuhan appeared beside her. Like all the others of the Zenbi tribe, he looked like a monkey. He wore no shirt, exposing the golden fur on his chest, arms, and legs. The spiky brown hair on his head stood out in all directions, as always. A long golden tail was holding up a small cup of steaming tea to Lilly in offer. The man's feet bore oposable thumbs, just like other primates. The only oddity that marked this man out was his eyes. They were the purest sea blue, but they were also slit, like a reptile's. Such was because he was half a water spirit, one of the Naga.
Smiling slightly, revealing the protruding canines that all zenbi had, Kivaran Jokai Silvaro Mejito Kelar Sansai, or Kiva for short, clasped his hands behind his back as the telekinetic tentacle retreated into his body.

"Of course your here." Lilly frowned, grumbling silently to himself and running a hand over her hair, making sure it was still in place. "I'm just doing my job." She glowered at him as he appeared beside her. Crossing her arms she ignored the tea. She glanced over her shoulder, knowing that she couldn't leave the kids alone much longer before something broke out. "Look I'm suppost to ask if I can bring the whole bunch in here. Their only first graders so they'll be all over the place."
She sighed as a stream of angry shouts came from the other room. More than likely some sort of fight had broken out. "I so don't get paid enough to deal with them."

Kiva grinned as he nodded his ascent. "I'm fine with them coming here. As for payment, well, you don't get paid. You get everything you want for free." Turning back to the doors, he pushed them open a bit and returned to his rock seat under the tree. "Come, bring them in." The tea was brought to his lips as he drank quietly, his body, his walk, speaking of a grace few in the world could possess.

"Alright you asked for it." Lilly turned her back on him, resisting the urge to stick out her tounge at him. She went back to her class and ushered them inside the Meeting Hall. "Be good, and no fighting. Hey I mean it, knock it off." She pulled two of the boys apart, pushing one forward and holding the other back.
The kids swormed over the hall, exploring every inch possible, inculding the Shuan. Lilly kept ahold of the biggest boy, the bully of the class, even as he protested against it. "No way kiddo. You've caused enough trouble already." She managed to get over to the tree before being barrled over by the kids and releasing the boy. She flopped down on the grass. "Told you they'd be all over the place."

Grinning, Kiva decided to talk to the kids, answering their questions when asked and pulling kids off the tree every time they tried to slimb it. This would of course scare a few of them as heat waves pulled them down physically from places and set them down again. It was a bother, but not too much. Smiling, he looked about the room. "It seems that you have your hands full, Lilly. Are you enjoying yourself?" The joke was plain, but he couldn't help himself.

Lilly glared at him, "Yeah yeah laugh it up. Your going to scare them doing that." She was paying more attention to the kids then Kiva, normaly she was in trouble when they met. One of the younger girls came over and hid behind her, stareing at the Shaun. "See you scare them just being here." She pulled the girl out from hideing while yelling at some of the kids to stop jumping the rock seats. "I didn't train all these years just to be a teacher and you know it. When am I going to get on a squad?" She talked around the little girl who was sitting on her lap, still stareing wide-eyed at him.

Grinning, kiva reached out and pulled the monkey child into his own lap, tickling her a bit to make her giggle. Chuckling, Kiva watched the child and answered the first part of Lilly's words. "They are supposed to fear me a bit. I am the Shuhan, and fear does tend to help teach them lessons. Lessons you have yet to learn." Looking up at Lilly, he let the girl go and crossed his arms, inwardly grinning as the children ceased to try the tree, and took on a lecturing expression. "As for your squad, Lilly, it would depend on when the next batch of Apprentices pass the exams. Once that done, you'll have your squad. You should know that better than any, being a Teacher." The words were not harsh, for he was not angry nor dissappointed. Looking towards the left where another fight had broken out, Kiva sepparated them with a wall of distorted air, several tentacles merged together to create it. "Enough!" The words were quiet, but everyone went silent in the room. At least, until the kids turned and walked away and Kiva let the wall vanish.

She frowned, she hated having to listen to lectures. "I've spent everyday since I was six training and studying. I've learned plently of lessons." No longer being able to help it she stuck her tounge out at him, something she usally reserved for when she was the youngest present. When he broke up the fight she froze along with her class. Everytime he did that it gave her goose bumps. Lilly rubbed her arms as the kids went back to playing. "The only reason I am a teacher is beacuase I get to work with the little kids."
She leaned back, supporting herself with her arms and turned her face towards the roof. "I'd rather not be put on a squad of rookies. I want a real mission. Come on Old Man surely you have a mission you can send me on." She pouted slightly, watching him from the corner of slitted eyes.

For a few moments, the Shuhan was silent, watching the younger girl. "You want to work together with Proficients and/or Journeyman such as yourself? That would be hard, considering the only missions I have for you are ones meant for Apprentices." Again, he was silent, watching her intently, and for a moment something else was in his eyes. That other thing was gone in an instant, however, leaving it unclear if there had ever been anything else in his gaze. Standing up suddenly, Kiva looked around the room, his eyes taking in the sights. "Send them home, Lilly. I want to talk with you alone."

Lilly sighed heavily, this is what she hated. Everytime she stepped into this room she ended up with a lecture. She pushed herself off the ground, raising her voice just enough so that the class could hear it. "Alright guys that's it for today. Head on home, I don't want to catch any of you hanging around here." She shooed them out of the room, taking more time then really needed.
Reluctantly she headed back and flopped down to sit in front of him. One hand was partialy raised, playing with the ring that hung from a chain around her neck. It was such an old habit that she didn't even notice. "What did I do now?"

Kiva didn't look at her, and was instead looking out one of the large windows in the room. His eyes were glazed over for a minute, as if in deep thought. Suddenly he turned to look at Lilly, his eyes intense. "You haven't done anything, actually. Nothing bad, anyway." He gestured, and food appeared before them, a picnic of sorts. Lifting out some chicken as well as Moolar, which is a cross between a cow and a sheep, he expertly cut them apart using his telekinetic tentacles. Eyes on the food, he continued. "How much have you learned about the Sacred Lands? Why we guard them, I mean?" The question was odd, really. Few knew what was within the heart of the island, what it was that lay at the heart of the island. Legends were that it was where the Guardians came from, but it wasn't even really a legend, but more a Myth.

Lilly raised one eyebrow then turned her eyes away. Not being in trouble was a relatively new thing, and slightly confusing. She twirled the ring around the tip on a finger. "They never taught us anything about them, not really. We were told that, well that we're not allowed to know what's there." She raised her gray eyes back up, the color a darker shade than earlier. "The kids make up all sorts of things; monsters, fallen stars, things from fairy tales and nightmares. Why are you asking me?" She tilted her head now rolling the ring around and around, the amythist tiger glinting in the light.

Silence reigned for quite a few minutes as Kiva finished doling out the food in equal portians. Lilly would find a meal laid before her that would fill her pefectly, suited to what she chose to ate. It was almost like the Shuhan was psychic, but everyone knew such powers were limited to Telekinetics in the world today. Eating slowly, chewing calmly so as to think, Kiva finally swallowed and looked back at Lilly. "We will get to why in a moment-tell me, Lilly." He paused, lifting a piece of bread to his lips and gazing over the moist pastry at Lilly once more. "Many have wondered at my wisdom at letting you stay here after ascending to my rank. So, tell me. Are you happy? What do you feel about the Zenbi Tribe that has been your home?" His reptilian eyes demanded truth, brooking no nonsense here.
