Lord of the sun
Lord of Life
Lord of the Hunt/Lord of the animals
Lord of Grain/Lord of Plants
Lord of Death

Spring=Rules by Lord of Life
Summer=Rules by Lord pf Grain/Plants
Fall=Ruled by Lord of Death
Winter=Ruled over by Lord of the Hunt/Lord of the animals

5 Faces of the Goddess


Lady of the Moon
Lady of Life
Lady of the Harvest/plants
Queen of the Wildwood
Queen of Rebirth

Spring=Lady of Life
Summer=Lady of the Harvest/Plants
Fall=Lady of Rebirth
Winter: Lady/Queen of the Wildwood

Well to be completly honest my thoughts on these deities have evolved and changed since then. I do believe that they have 5 manifestations, but those manifestations may not be exactly as is written there.
