Personality:
He is a proud fighter, and a sucker for love. He is equally good a fighter as he is a lover. He devotes himself to becoming stringer everyday. He is a bit sarcastic, and blunt sometimes.
Bio:
Rei doesnt remeber much from his human life, and didnt understand for a long time where his incredible fighting skill came from. It wasnt until he was told he must've formerly a master of the human fighting style Kenpo. He asked the 12th Division to construct Hado infused gloves to accent his strength, he knew they wouldnt pass up the opportunity for a new invention. He graduated with high honors from the Acedmy for his consistancy, fighting skill, and steadfast dedication to his studies. He easily attained the Lieutenant spot for the 11th division due to his love and passion for fighting. Reinosuke only holds two expectations for himself, and they are to die fighting in a battle that puts his true strength to its limit, and to marry the woman of his dreams, and to honor and protect her as best he can. He's always had these views and guide lines set aside for himslef; its just his nature.
Rei as a shinigami lives to fulfill his duties, and hasnt complained, an d probably never will as long as there's a fight to be faught. Being a member of the 11th pretty much garunteed him of this. It wasnt't until he'd been a shinigami for over two centuries that he began to experience changes in himself, but only when fighting. Rei began to notice a ravenous bloodthirst within himself, anf he would often hear a sinister voice calling out to him. He thought nothing of it, most of the time he thought it was just his Zonpaktou since Hitokiri has always been sinister in nature. So rei continues to live on serving his duties.
As of late He's had his eye on advancing to the next level, the highest level. Rei has been bent on becoming a captain. He feels he is ready to take on the responsibility of this job, and that he will carry out his duties without hinderance. He's not only been recognized for his outstanding fighting skill, but for being a well rounded shinigami in general. He's excellent with Kidou, and handles a majority of the paperwork assigned to his squad. He's widely reknowned through the seireitei for his feats, and for just being a great person overall.

Release phrase: Slay! Hitokiri
Shikai:As seen in main picture. Hitokiri's Shikai form takes on the appearance of a seraded buster sword. Its large in size and can unleash a mulitude of devistating attacks.
Attacks:-Hitokiri is the spirit of an ancient manslayer samurai. It holds a possesive force over its weilder that gives them an urge to destroy while its released. Their bloodlust grows sronger the longer its released.
Hitokiri also grants its weilder inhuman strength, and speed. At a cost.
Gekido(rage): Hitokiri Slashes out a solid black wave-like blast from its blade. If blocked the attack will continue to push until it meets a solid stop where it will explode creating more damage.

Shin Gekido(True Rage): Hitokiri slashes out an even stronger wave in a full 360 degree radius that spans over 30 meters. The more energy he puts behind the swing, the more destructive force the waves have. If blocked the attack will continue to push until it meets a solid stop where it will explode creating more damage.

Bankai: 
Release command: Be merciless in your slaughter, Slay them! Shin Hitokiri!
Shin Hitokiri is surrounded by a powerful yet ghostly aura. This aura also surrounds Rei.
AttacksFade: this allows Rei to move like a ghost, to literally drift side to side and back an forth, leaving after images of himself. Its used to confuse, and/or intimidate enemies.
Manslayer: This technique allows Rei to increase his swordmanship skill to that of the manslayers of old. He can deliver killing blows by attacking critical spots on the enemy with extreme precision. His craft and technique in this mode is unmatched by any. The longer he stays in the manslayer mode, the stronger his lust for combat becomes. If it becomes too strong he could end up attacking his allies just for the urge to fight.
Yui Shin Gekido: The true, and post powerful for of Hitokiri's Gekido. This a blast that is channelled into the blade through Rei's and Hitokiri's own spirit pressure that when fired is a red and white beam that holds incredible destrutive force.

Hadō 33 "Soukatsui" (Blue Fire, Crash Down): Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Incantation: "Oh ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Truth and temperance, strike but slightly your claw upon this wall which feigns ignorance of sin!"
Hadō 54 "Haien" (Abolishing Flames): Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.

Bakudō 1 "Sai" (Restrain): Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.

Bakudō 4 "Hainawa" (Crawling Rope): An energy rope entangles a target's arms.

Bakudō 9 "Geki" (Strike): Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat."
Bakudō 30 "Shtotsusansen" (Beak-Stab Triple-Flash): After using kido energy to draw out an equilateral triangle, the targets' arms and waist are pinned down and rendered immobile.
Bakudō 39 "Enkosen" (Arc Shield): Summons a shield of condensed reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.
Bakudō 58 "Kakushitsuijaku" (Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows): Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: "Heart of the south, eye of the north, fingertip of the west, heel of the east, gather by wind, and scatter by rain."
Bakudō 61 "Rikujōkōrō" (Six Rods Prison of Light): Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. It also appears to inhibit general movement to a degree, as Byakuya used it to prevent Rukia from moving her sword without directly binding her arms.
