After leaving the cemetary, Rei and Shige were in a rather dark mood. Shige lifted his head and let out a low howl. He was ready to leave too. Rei put her hand on her best friend's shoulders and headed toward the gates of the village.

Hideki walked through the streets, surveying the area around him. The uneveness of the crowd disgusted him, but he learned to swallow his obsession of symmetry. Though if anybody mentioned his hair he would fall into depression. He was doing a standard sweep of an area, knowing this was the most crowded part of town. His byakugan was active as he searched for kazzu's chakra.

While observing the streets, Kazzu stumbled across an old rival, Hideki. Well, looks like they came for the ride after all, he thought as he walked closer towards him. As he got close enough, Kazzu pulled Hideki into an alleyway. "Relax, its just me." As he pulled down his robe that was covering his face.

Saito walked through the streets of Kumo as he searched for medicinal herbs to continue with his experiments. At the same time...he thought of ways to defeat a Kaguya as he needed to get out of this bet with the Raikage. Damn him and his weakness for a good gamble, he thought as he shuffled the deck of cards in his hands as he walked through the streets of Kumo.

Hideki gritted his teeth as he was suddenly yanked into an alleyway by a random merchant. He was about to speak his mind when the merchant was revealed to be Kazzu, it wasn't a trick either their chakras matched. Hideki pulled down his anbu skull mask over his face, so any cloud shinobi following would not recognize him. "I'll give you a few minutes to tell me everything before I start throwing punches, and don't try anything funny because Rai is around here too, daisuke as well." He added, barely trusting the sound ninja.

Hirose appeared in the streets and noticed a man being suddenly pulled into an alley. For a moment he thought of gang violence in his village, and so disappeared in a flash to appear next to the two. Moving faster than the speed of sound due to his magnetic propultion, two handcuffs with strange symbols printed on them shot out of each of his sleeves and attempted to snap onto both the peddler and the fake Anbu's wrist. It was easy to guess that this wasn't gang violence, but a matter from another village. If the Anbu faker was from Cloud, he would know that they don't wear Anbu masks in the village. "You're both under arrest." the hooded man said emotionlessly.

Saito spotted the Raikage in an alleyway as he heard the words arrest. He quickly set aflames his cards as they flew high into the air, preparing for a counter strike if they attempted to get away. He stood on guard...ready for anything. He's gotten their chakra signatures...they will never escape him.

Hideki's shadow began to flex as he raised his arms in admitting defeat. Yet he seemed to have time to poke fun at the man arresting him. "Tell me though, for what charge are you arresting us for, even crimminals have rights." He reminded, his shadow instantly snapping into tendrils which deflected the handcuffs that shot at his hands. Hideki pocketed his hands and stared at Kazzu for a moment, before taking a step backwards into the shadows, where nothing can harm him.

"Alright, i know i got a lot to explain but i need your help, theres a sound shinobi here that was kidna- we're not alone" .Kazzu's sensory Jutsu picked up on the cuffs moving towards him as he countered with his finger Spike Bullet technique as the two collided. Kazzu stepped back as he saw Hideki plotting something "Your like a thorn in my side" as he glared into Hirose eyes.

Saito laughed as he saw the shinobi use shadows to deflect the handcuffs. As the cards flew overhead they went deeper into the alleyway, lighting it with their flames as the shadows cowered away. "Sorry...but I know everything that you can do...so I wouldn't try hiding in the shadows if I were you."

Once seeing the handcuff snap on Hideki the man's shadow wouldn't be able to help him. The handcuffs he used instantly shut off the man's ability to use any kind of chakra, including bloodlines, and thus rendered the man as helpless as normal human being. Hirose simply said, "Don't move." Immediately Kazzu and Hideki would be swayed to stay completely still until Hirose gave them the sign to move again. Kazzu in particular would find himself not being able to move as Hirose made a handseal while their eyes met. Kazzu would suddenly be unable to move at all.

'Stupification' technique on kazzu
Tokitsukeru no Koe (Voice of Persuasion)
This jutsu applies all the effects of Jouho at a heightened level. In addition, the user can now make requests of his listeners and, assuming they are not too unreasonable, they will be favorably considered. However, this technique is still limited in its level of influence. For example, someone using this technique may be able to convince an enemy to retreat, but probably not to surrender. Also, the jutsu remains much less effective against impassioned people, especially if the anger is directed at the user.

Three shadow lightning clones appeared around the group and suddenly a large dome of lightning formed around the whole group, trapping all inside of it. They looked at Hirose. "Posers captured....now you guys be kind enough to explain why you are here?" He asked as the other two shadow lightning clones loked at the group, wondering why they were there
