When it's not a festival time, then this subforum shall remain closed to posts, and will re-open when the next festival swings around.

During festival time, only this subforum, Mahora Downtown, Mahora Dorms, Mikain Manor Estate, and Library Island will be available to roleplay in. Other areas will be locked off to prevent disorganized roleplaying and to emphasize the togetherness of the festival.
