Ok, for those of you who dont know, Todd is going to be voicing Kidd.
I really dont think that was a good desicion. Maybe for his wild outbursts, but not for his serious moments...I just hope Kidd doesnt sound screwed up >.<

He also plays Hikaru in Ouran Host Club and Watanuki in xxx Holic.
Both characters have Whiny voices and they dont have very low voices. Hopefull he can change his voice a little... xD

hmmm..... it would be ok if todd voiced kidd, because i imagined his voice somewhat similar to that, but at the same time very differently, i guess i will have to see what kind of voice he chooses to use for kidd

I mean, I think it would be good for his symmetry fits, but just not when he's all serious and whatnot >.<
Lets just hope that Todd has a wider vocal range

I've only heard him voice Hikaru from OHSHC (I don't watch much when it comes to English dubs). I'll have faith - mostly because I loved his dub of Hikaru - and love the character Hikaru - and love Kiddo. sweatdrop rofl [Edit] After watching this skit - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oedCmMYpzkw&annotation_id=annotation_353493&feature=iv - I support Tood a lot more than I did before. "Gun gun gun gun symmetry is awesome!" Brittney and Laura did a great job. Stein wasn't there, so he was replaced with the director [if you didn't know].

After seeing that video, I am more excited about Todd doing Kidd's voice. I also have to say that Black Star's voice actor's voice also works too. ^^

I'm really excited for Tod! I think he fits DTK really well actually haha. I'm so friggin excited for the dub (and usually I don't get excited over dubs)! Have you seen the sneak preview? It's on funi's youtube and its like the first 3 minutes of the first episode. I'm in love with Soul's voice too! heart biggrin

... wow you guys get so pumped up. i dont really care who voice acts kidd as long as they get his personallity right. and i started soul eater with dubbed all they up to episode 26 so im fine with todd already.

I love Todd. I think he's perfect for Kid. :3
His Japanese voice actor is very talented, and I know him from a lot of other animes, but I think it's too "manly" sounding for him. I dunno, I guess it just makes him sound too old... maybe?
