It's most likely a fake. anyway smoking is not as bad a second hand smoke. i heard. and really. he should be taking care of his health better but it is his life. and the cigarette did not even look like he was actually smoking it. it was just there.

I must say the first picture looks fake because the cigarette is starck white when there should be some shadowing - even if the flash was really bright.
but the others seem plausible - like the one where his hand is over his mouth...but then he DOES cover his mouth with his hand when he thinks sometimes...if it's true i still wish it weren't *sigh*
